I am not sure what happened to this firm, one whom I gave tons of business to in the past, suddenly became unethical hacks. Scamming customers for non-emergency OT charges of $500 per hour and much worse, recommending breaking my tile wall to remove a shower body when all that was necessary to do was change out the facet stems without touching the tile and breaking through walls - what hacks these folks are. Run, go elsewhere before you get robbed..............
