Was really easy to schedule with them, and the cleaner did a great job with the move out clean. She brought all the necessary equipment and supplies with her. I had a bad experience with my previous clean with a different company, so I was a little nervous with this booking, but was pleasantly surprised! I'd definitely book with them again.

Jay and Jaslyn were FANTASTIC! They arrived early, confirmed what I wanted to have cleaned, and dove into their jobs. They did not stop, even politely laughed at my corny old jokes. Then they walked me through the house, showing me their work, polishing up a few items as we walked.

Thank you for getting these two outstanding people to me on very very short notice. And please tell your owner that she and I met in Adrian’s Group several years ago—I’m the bald headed lawyer with the big smile.

10 out of 10, I highly recommend. I wasn’t physically present during the cleaning, but I was the one who did all the research, communication, and scheduling, so in a lot of ways, I was very involved. I had been searching for a cleaning company for my grandmother for a little over a year. She’s in her 80s, and after my grandfather passed, it became clear she could use a little extra help around the house. That was when I really felt it, she’s not just “getting” older, she is older. And she deserves support that makes her feel good, not overwhelmed.
We come across a lot of ads for cleaning services and people, for both residential and commercial. But finding someone trustworthy, professional, and with the right kind of energy to come into your loved one’s home? That’s not easy. Bella Cleaning Inc. wasn’t the first company I contacted, and it wasn’t even the first one I scheduled. The first company ended up being a no-show, which only added to the frustration and nerves around this whole process.
When I came across Bella Cleaning, one of the first things I noticed was that they’re bonded and insured. I hadn’t even been thinking about that when I first started my search, but once I saw that, I was like, aight, let me reach out. And I’m so glad I did.
Now, my grandmother is one of those old-school types who prefers her family to speak for her. She feels like the younger generation won’t understand her and she likes the comfort of having someone she trusts handle things. But the cleaning ladies made her feel so at ease, like genuinely comfortable in her own space. She was texting me while they were there saying things like, they’re so great.
Once they finished, she couldn’t stop raving about how fresh her home smelled. Not in an overpowering, chemical-heavy way, but just clean. And coming from her? That’s saying a lot. She’s used Clorox for everything her entire life, but she was so impressed that the house looked and felt spotless without that harsh, choking smell. Just fresh, clean air and peace of mind.
They didn’t just clean, they brought care, professionalism, and a level of comfort that you can’t imitate. They made her feel taken care of, and that made me feel taken care of.

My family worked with Bella Cleaning, Inc, on a major project last weekend - clearing a relatives hoarder-house. They came fully equipped with hazmat suits, gloves, and masks, and arranged the dumpster delivery and pick up.

The Bella team absolutely killed it, clearing three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and hallway in 2 days, with 2 dumpsters in just two days. Juliet and her husband, plus 3 employees, came two full days and worked very efficiently. They were thorough in reviewing items, including paperwork, photos, etc, and making sure we didn't throw away anything important or valuable. The team was all similar in age to me and my sisters, which made it nice to chat and look at the "treasures" we found with them.

I sincerely hope to never have to clear a hoarder-house ever again, but if I do, I will be calling Juliet and her team to help me do the impossible.

I would absolutely recommend them for any cleaning project, large or small.

Can’t say enough about this company. Do not use anyone else but them!!! The customer service is amazing! I called a week out before my son’s graduation and Alex was gracious enough to fit me in before even though there was a time crunch. And the two women who cleaned were the most hardworking, professional, friendly, honest people I have ever had the pleasure to have in my home.

Bella’s Cleaning absolutely exceeded my expectations. I have a 4-bed, 5-bath house that I hadn’t had professionally cleaned in years with two small children and two dogs (judgment is okay 😜) To say it needed a deep cleaning is an understatement. Alex was a pleasure to coordinate with, and Gabi, Jay, and Adriana worked really hard to make it sparkle. "WOW" is what I said when I came home from work to a clean-looking and clean-smelling home. They did a good job and every room I entered I kept repeating "wow". I haven't seen my stainless steel appliances look so shiny since we bought them! My husband was home at the time and said the cleaning technicians were professional and friendly. Correspondence from the office was always in a timely manner, answering all our questions. We would definitely use Bella Cleaning services again in the future. It's more than a cleaning service they provide; they provide a service that helps you free up your own time to do the things that fill your cup.

After selling our home it needed a good cleaning. We called Bella Cleaning. In three hours the house was spotless from top to bottom including the refrigerator and stove. We would highly recommend Bella Cleaning. Amber was very pleasant and did a wonderful job cleaning. We were very happy.
