There was a little hiccup with having to switch the time of the appointment, but gutter cleaning work and the clean up afterwards seem to have been done very well and fairly quickly. Rene S. was pleasant and professional. I’ll be a repeat customer.

I requested an estimate and got a phone call about five days later. No issue with that but in those days we found another company who did an estimate and we hired them. The phone call from this company said call back to schedule an estimate, so I never called back because I no longer needed an estimate from them. Now fast forward to nearly 2 weeks later a gentleman shows up to my home unscheduled or unplanned. When I explained I had only asked for information regarding an estimate, but after some time went by, we ended up hiring another company and already had used them, the man kept insisting I received a text message that morning a half hour before regarding an estimate coming. I explained I didn’t see any message as I was home with my phone in another room. He kept insisting there was a text sent that morning 30 minutes before his arrival and I wasn’t denying that, just explaining I never saw it, but I also never scheduled this estimate with anyone since I never called the office back. I would never waste a companies time. This was an office issue not a customer issue. This man then stood there and asked which company we used and then explained that his company would’ve been ‘more expensive but better’ and started to explain why. We already had new gutters up so after two minutes of talking I’m not sure why this interaction lasted past ‘sorry for the error in scheduling by the office and have a good day’ but instead had to end with us asking him to leave, twice. I’m not sure exactly what he was looking for?

I had a damaged back gutter/roof where birds were nesting in my roof. I call Spotless on last Wednesday, they sent Mark out to do an estimate on the following Monday (because I’m in brooklyn , and they are in Long Island they do estimate once a week in brooklyn). Mark was great, upfront and honest about pricing and details, which I though were fairly reasonable. They came back on Wednesday (today) at 9am. Carlos Rene and his crew did a fantastic job, and done in very little time. I received confirmation emails and texts about appointments, ETA and a invoice for the job. No hidden fees and they even through in a little side job for me for free. These guys are going to the top of my contact list. If you are a home owner than I probably don’t need to tell you how hard it is to find quality professional home contractors. Spotless is the way to go!

Israel and his crew were very friendly, professional, and on time. Also, the office manager Mary Ellen was very helpful with the entire process. I will use them again, and I highly recommend them.

They did an awesome job cleaning our gutters! The team made sure to clean up all the dirt and mess afterward too, which was a big plus. The price was great, and I liked getting a text when they were on the way. The lady answered phone was also super nice and patient. Very professional all around!

Spotless Gutter was great. I had an issue with my gutter and they quickly came over to give me a quote. Rene then came the next day and replaced the broken gutter. He did a great job! I will definitely call them again for any other issues.

Beyond pleased from start to finish! From making an appointment with Kevin who listened to all my concerns, to receiving a text that Mark was on his way for the actual day & time of appointment. Mark was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and never made me feel pressured. As with the estimate appointment I received a text that Walter and Dominick were on their way. Once again this was the time Mark and I had agreed upon. Walter and Dominick were great!! Courteous and polite. Went over concerns I had. Texted me a pic of how clogged my gutter was. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are the only ones that I will be utilizing their services in the future.

Very poor and inconsistent service.
The initial gutter cleaning was claimed to be finished in about 20 minutes, which didn’t seem realistic based on past experiences. I only received “after” photos and there was no clear evidence that the downspouts were flushed or properly cleaned.

I had to call again to address the issue, and although they returned for another service, they did not send any photos this time—neither before nor after—to confirm what was actually done.

For the price I paid, the entire experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and lacking transparency.
I would not recommend this company.

Five star service was delivered. Guys did a great job. Only criticism was that the work was performed too early in the season and my gutters are full of leaves less than two weeks after the spotless team was here. John, the owner called to apologize and promised to send his team back in early December. Couldn’t be happier with his responsiveness.

Holy smokes were they fast! They didn't leave so much as one speck on the ground anywhere on my property - tbh, if it wasn't for my sparkling clean gutters I wouldn't even know they had been at my property lol. Highly recommend Spotless Gutter Cleaning!

René did an amazing job, he cleared out our gutters in record time and he reported issues that he saw. He also provided us with before and after photos which were helpful. He’s professional,

The gutter was replaced and cleaned, but the cleaning guy left the piles of dirty needle leaves on the ground without cleaning them up.

Initial response to my inquiries on the planed gutter cleaning was extremely informative, was advised on the day of work to be done,followed up by phone call and photos from John, the owner. Very pleased with work done and wii continue to use their services.

Fortunately, I found a wonderful service year before last: Ned's Home Services. Not only are they less expensive but they do a fantastic job and the crews are professional.
