I have been working with All Clean Carpet for the past eight years. They have been servicing my clients’ high end furniture and antique carpeting. John is very knowledgeable and his office staff are so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend All Clean Carpet. I wouldn’t trust any other company to clean and care for estate furnishings.

This firm restored my faith in people. I inadvertently created a water stain in my sofa when I was cleaning it. The owner of this firm, after looking at photos told me that, in lieu of coming to my home - which would have entailed a mandatory charge- I should use a special solution that he had created specially for me - and which was free of charge. I followed his detailed instructions and the stain is largely gone. How many merchants do you know who would go to these lengths for a customer?

I have been using All Clean Carpet services for years. As usual the service was excellent. John and Luis arrived on time to clean my 13 stairs, the upstairs hall and 3 bedrooms . They were knowledgeable, professional, and extremely careful with my bedrooms furnishings. The carpet cleaning results were outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

We had a red wine stain on our area rug in our living room. All Clean Carpet was able to remove the stain completely and at a very reasonable price. John and the rest of the staff are unbelievably kind, professional, and responsive. I highly recommend All Clean Carpet without reservation.

I've used All Clean Carpet a few times and am always blown away by their professionalism and skill. They were originally recommended to me by B&B Italia and they have not disappointed. Most importantly, they always somehow remove stains that I'm convinced will be the death of my white rug or couch. But they're also extremely responsive, helpful, and fast. From the person who answers the phone, to the person who shows up at my house, to the owner of the company, every single person is a pleasure to deal with. It's truly a rare treat to work with a company that does their job so well and is so easy to work with.

We hired All Clean Carpet to clean a few rugs and couldn't be more pleased with the results. For one of them, they performed a miracle that we did not even think was possible. When they first tried to remove the dark, heavy stains from this particular rug, they were not successful, but instead of leaving it there, they were undeterred. They said "we will try one more thing," and what followed was pure magic.

We used All Clean to help treat our rugs to protect against spills. Afterwards, our dog had an accident on the rug. We called on a holiday weekend and got step by step instructions on how to remove the stain. We were able to get it out ourselves without damaging the rug. It was amazing and we'd highly recommend John and team to all.

All Clean has done several difficult and seemingly impossible-to-clean carpet cleaning jobs for me over the years and has always astounded me with their excellent and thorough work. They were even able to clean and make silk rugs that I thought were lost forever (due to my aging dog who had accidents all over the apartment in his final years) look like new. About three years ago I had my carpeted stairs cleaned by a nationally-known carpet cleaning company. I figured I was in good hands. A young, inexperienced worker showed up and essentially did little more than soak my carpet. I called to complain and another worker showed up and did a little better job. Over the past few years, my carpeted stairs got more and more soiled. On the verge of replacing a perfectly good but dirty carpet, I heard of All Clean Carpet on the radio and decided to give them a try. I called and spoke to one of their very helpful staff and set an appointment for a cleaning. I stressed to them that the stairs were very soiled and I needed them to be thoroughly cleaned. Come the day of my appointment, the cleaning crew of three, including the owner John, showed up promptly and went to work on the stairs -- and they worked!! My carpeted stairs are now spotless and I could not be happier!! I will recommend All Clean Carpet to all and any of my friends to use for their rug, carpet and upholstery cleaning needs -- instead of the advertised nationally-known company who did a less-than stellar job. No comparison between a big company that sub-contracts out their jobs and a smaller company where the owner himself comes and does the hard work. I am so impressed with All Clean Carpet. Kim was incredible to work with -- so responsive, kind, and managed to book us for a next-day Fiber Shield for our brand new sofa and rug. The tech was not only on time, but early (!), which never happens in hectic NYC. He was professional, quick, and answered all of our questions. I have only AMAZING things to say about John (owner) and his team at All Clean Carpet. From start to finish it was nothing but super responsive and professional service. I called in the morning and spoke to Susan (who was lovely), and by early afternoon I had the owner and his team at my house assessing my emergency carpet situation. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the on-site appointment, and I really felt the care and thoughtful approach by John and Luis. I was presented with several options, I chose one, and the carpet was treated on-site - same-day. Althought still wet, I can tell that the stain is going to come out. Seems like a small miracle. All Clean is the ONLY company I would trust with any carpet or area rug mishap/stain/emergency. Super happy with the service, and suggestions going forward. Top quality Service – Miracle cured water-stained crushed light mint green velvet!!! John and the team were very knowledgeable on the fibers/fabric they were dealing with and exactly how they needed to be treated all the while being clear on what to realistically expect. I've been working with All Clean Carpet for almost a year for my boss's needs. They have cleaned a variety of area rugs and wall to wall carpeting throughout the home on at least 6 occasions.
