So a friend kept referring this company someone I trust and when I called them to fix my hood in my deli the tech came looked at the fan on roof told me I had to pay 140 dollars and said he didn’t have the parts he will be back Monday and it’s Friday three phone calls same answer someone will reach out nobody is reaching out this company is a scam now I’m getting the run around and they are going to make me take them to court

Watch out, Not a reliable company! If you look for service, go someone else. If you look for inspection, call FDNY. This company always try to upsell their service by giving out their yellow sticker (after job done) that telling your system is not compliant with Fire Code, mandatorily ask for additional repair to meet the Code. I mean, why can't you tell your customers before you start the job!

3rd or 4th time I have had Alpha here. Always very responsive, on time, reliable and leaves place very clean. Very happy with Alpha waste solutions 👏👏

Dont trust this company. THey charged me with out doing the work and slapped non compliant stickers on our hoods and stopped taking my calls
