Five years ago ALL CLEAN stain guarded all of our furniture and rugs. I filled their stain removal instructions and pamphlet in my desk under "renovation info". THANK GOODNESS! Smack in the midst of COVID quarantine I spilled red wine on a chair and out living room rug. I immediately found the pamphlet, followed the instructions and called 911 I mean ALL CLEAN. John (the owner) immediately answered and talked me off the ledge like an ER doctor and told me exactly what to continue and discontinue doing. Then I made an appointment for a full on rug clean and a refresh of the stain guard since it has been five years and we have a dog now. The team showed up fully masked, and with tremendous attention to the current social distancing and preventive needs. The stains came right out (like a miracle, one day it will just disappear) like magic. I trusted them and they came through with flying colors.

All Clean Carpets has the magic touch. My 10 year old white silk and linen rug had its fair share of dirt from a life with kids and dogs. All Clean Carpets is a company full of perfectionists. Although I haven’t used All Clean of late, I have used their service three times. I found them to be professional and reliable. On the one occasion I had an issue with them, the technicians returned the next days to resolve the problem. If and when I need the services All Clean provides, I would not hesitate using their service.

These guys are simply the best! I've used them for at least a decade, since the first time they removed a truly unremovable stain from the middle of a white carpet in my living room. What they do is nothing short of miraculous. They have never failed to "fix" what seems unfixable. They are responsive, professional, on time, and always try to fit me in when the situation is urgent. They are also among a very short list of professionals I am comfortable leaving in my house alone. If I could rate them 10 stars I would!

We had a candle wick fall on our carpet leaving a black smudge. Kim and John arranged for a next day appointment and you would never know it even happened.

My experience with All Clean Carpet Company has been an eye opener! Not only did they do an excellent job in cleaning my carpet....better than any other company I've used over the years. My white carpet is actually white again!!. Also their service, and by that I mean not only their ability to clean, but their office personnel behind the scenes are really tops!! When my telephone stopped working after the job was done, I questioned whether their cleaning machine might somehow have damaged the telephone jack .Teresa Jones sprang in to action. She immediately sent a repair man who replaced the broken jack . It was all taken care of with one quick phone call on my part. Teresa called me several times after to make sure the phone was working and if there were any other problems. I actually forgot that there are still some companies and some people who actually still care to do the their very best for their customer. An unqualified 10 for this company and their people!

FiberShield is amazing. It protects your furniture from everything. I have two little boys and beautiful fabrics in my house. With FiberShield every chocolate stain, every ink/pencil/ water color mark, and every general dirt smudge has come out of everything. The team is highly responsive and best in class professionals. I can not recommend the team and the service more!

These guys are FANTASTIC! Not only is their work stellar but they are timely, professional and go the extra mile to help. I was once in a jam renting an apartment and found a large horrible stain on a fairly new rug-- they came over last minute to help and got it out. Incredible service and they really know what they are doing. Office staff is great too. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I work with an Interior Design firm, and we needed a massive white sectional cleaned- there was a chocolate stain that was removed in seconds! The crew was timely and speedy. The entire process look less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend. We will be hiring them again!

John and his whole team do a fantastic job cleaning difficult to remove stains on delicate fabric. they are extremely polite and professional and I would recommend them to all my friends. They also have very reasonable prices.

I always have them Clean and Fibershield my carpets, couches, rugs and
all of my furniture. In addition to cleaning, the fibershield gives an additional layer of protection in case something should spill on the furniture or rug. They show you how to get out a small stain if necessary. If the stain is something like red wine or something on a silk fabric, you need to call them right away and Teresa or Susan will perform miracles to have them come .that day and if not the next dayThey service a huge
area in Long Island, the Hamptons, New York City, etc. I have recommended them to friends who have been thrilled with their work.

I have had a couple of serious issues accidently spilling something or
with my dog. When I call them frantic, the women in the office ALWAYS do their best to have them come that day if possible, or the next day.

Easy to schedule, gave prompt quote. They were honest and did a great job. We thought we were going to have to replace the carpet due to pet stains the housekeeper couldn't get out. But they saved the carpet and it looks like new! Thanks, Kim for all of your help!

Kim Caputo gave me incredible customer service! Very responsive. The technicians cleaned a wool, difficult rug and removed oil and pet stains. I have never has such great results.

I call All Clean Carpet every few years to do a comprehensive cleaning and protecting of my townhouse. It's a big job and I find them to be very professional and responsive. The quality is very high. They keep records each time so they know exactly what I need them to take care of. A pleasure to do business with All Clean Carpet!

These guys are awesome! Been using John and his team for years for both routine cleaning (they come about every 6-months - we have a lot of white) and 'emergency' cleaning when a dog has an issue or a friend launches wine. (they've cleaned them all...them all!)

We have used John and his team for many years in both Southampton and Manhattan. They are magicians when it comes to cleaning. They always show up promptly, are professional, explain their process and then move forward. Most recently, we had a ceiling leak brown water on a white rug. John came out immediately and cleaned the spot, leaving no marks at all. I cannot say enough good things about the office staff as well! Always friendly to work with!

We had a bad spill on a white carpet over a holiday weekend. John was super responsive and had his guys there at 9am Monday morning. They did a great job, took out the stain and then helped me rotate the carpet before leaving. Have to love this level of customer service.

I have been using All Clean for over 5 years and could not be happier with their service.
