I had two very pleasant girls clean our condo today....they did a fantastic job and we are very pleased. i was treated with courtesy in communication with the office staff and will most definitely will use the company again

Just had Arco come over to clean my windows. WOW! Every room is sparkly! Thank you Arco. I love supporting a truly great local business.

Can't believe how great a job Arco Cleaning did at our Grange meeting hall. They made our floor look like brand new, I walked in and did not recognize the place. George and his staff really came through! Thank you all for this.

Arco Cleaning to the rescue. I had an unusual construction related issue which produced a cement covering dust over my entire condo. George Arco appeared on the same day with a Hepa Filtered machine and two workers. My home is now perfect for OCD me. Thanks George Arco

I have used Arco Cleaning at my office building for years and they don’t disappoint! More recently I had them come in to do the windows at my home and once again - they didn’t disappoint! Courteous, professional, clean and the windows are sparkling!!

Just had my kitchen floor done by ARCO cleaners. After they left, I noticed that the floor was dull, patchy and unevenly finished. I called George, the owner, and he said it would cost me another $60 an hour to have someone come fix the poor job they did! He was rude when I had questions, and ultimately we got off the phone with my telling him I would not use him again. Although the workers were very nice, hard working, and polite, they should have waited and assessed the job to see if it was up to standards. I have had a lot of difficulty with this company, but keep on giving them second, third fourth fifth and sixth chances because there are not many choices for polishing my marmoleum floors. The owner, George, is rude almost to the point of being abusive. I would not be at all surprised if the positive reviews were put on by his relatives and employees.

I have used here at ARCO CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE COMPANY for Fellowship Hall, Inc. for the last 14 years. They are top notch cleaners that get the job done properly! If you are unsatisfied with any work in the given scope requested of items that are to be done, a simple call will have them fixing whatever the issue maybe. This is who you call when you want a job done properly!! It is a great company with an wonderful staff!!

We just used Arco to clean an entire home. The primary purpose was to revitalize 26-year-old wall-to-wall carpeting, which was looking really bad after all of our furniture was moved out.

Arco had a 4 stage painstaking process of vacuuming, shampooing, vacuuming and manual smoothing. The result is pretty amazing. It's obviously not a brand new carpet, but it's not that far off. This was over 2000 sq ft of carpet.

In addition, they cleaned 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, and a crazy number of built-ins. All areas look great.

It's not cheap, but this is absolutely a case of "you get what you pay for". We would use them again without hesitation, and I'm obviously publicly recommending them as well.

I cannot say enough good about Arco. I had an emergency need for a clean up of dust everywhere left from sanding plaster by a painter who left me a toxic mess. Victor and John who did the work were thorough and considerate and left me able to breathe again. They went above and beyond, working quickly and safely.

If I could give Arco a zero, I would. I have used Arco for about 10 years. And they always did a good job. They were referred to me to care for my Marmoleum floor. They professionally cleaned my Marmoleum floor every year and always did a good job. This past June I had my floor cleaned for my sons graduation party. The product they used ruined my floor. They tried to blame it on the humidity even though it wasn’t humid and I have central air. It has permanent water stains and looks awful. I have no idea how they managed to destroy the floor. They attempted to resolve the issue and returned 3 more times. However after the fourth attempt, nothing changed and management did not follow up to see if the issue was ever resolved. I think the company was sold and the new management is awful. The cleaning crew was professional and did what they could to fix the floor. They were instructed to use the wrong product. My kitchen floor is ruined and I will need to spend thousands of dollars to replace it. I will never use them again.
