Overall, I am very pleased with the service. I have a tiny house, and it is expensive for me to have this service, but physically I can no longer do it, so I must hire cleaners. One good thing about using a service is that the appointment is never cancelled. If one person on the team is out, they will send another person instead. I always have two or three people cleaning at one time, so they finish my house pretty quickly. All the people who have come have been quite nice and very responsive to requests. They are usually quite on time. They work hard, and do their best. The only time over the course of the last years that something was broken, the same item was replaced, despite it no longer being manufactured. Their regular house cleaning service is not a deep cleaning service, but it's a lot better than I can do at this point!

I’ve been using Ana and Flor front molly Maids for a few months now and they are super efficient. We’ve gone through a few housekeeping services and none of them are ever thorough enough for my husband. Molly Maids has been wonderful. They are timely, efficient, and if there’s anything you want them to do, you can call Edylcia, let her know, and everything is perfect that week. We also have 3 little kids who basically destroy my house every week, so the amount of cleaning and straightening up they do ON TOP of cleaning, is amazing. We are very happy with Molly Maids!

We have used Molly Maids for nearly 10 years for our old house and the current house we reside at. We have known Rosa for about 5 years. The ladies of Molly Maids are always extremely nice and want to make the cleaning most convenient for you, meaning if you need to be moving around your house while they are cleaning they are always wanting to stay out of your way. They always do a great general clean! We would recommend Molly Maids for sure, thank you for years of service :)

I have used Molly Maid for a few years now. They mostly send the same team to clean my house which is nice so they are used to it. Zoila & Mirna do a great job. They are comfortable with dogs and cats. Also it's easy to reschedule if you need too. It is also really nice to not have to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment. Everyone I have dealt with are friendly.

Started with MM over ten years ago when my partner had emergency surgery and I couldn’t keep up with the kids, her recovery, AND the house. Now the kids are grown and gone but we still kept MM. The team is fast, thorough, and mindful.

Requested a cleaning prior to moving into our new home. The team arrived early and did an excellent job cleaning the areas we specified. I think the price is fair for the work that is done.

The ladies were very professional and made my apartment very polished and cleaner than what it was at the time when I moved in last year. I will use Molly Maid again next year.

Update on 11/24/19. Kelly and Vilma did our home today, and they were excellent. They required little guidance to leave our home spotless. Both women are lovely, open to doing exactly what we need to have a shining home, and are extremely thorough. We continue to think that Molly Maid is the perfect service for people who want to have a beautiful home.

7 months earlier. We were very pleased with the service we have received from this company, which we have used four times. Workers come on time, do a thorough job and are very self-directed. We did not need to give extensive directions or ask them to revisit an area. In short, they left our home in shining condition. Great job! We will continue using this company.

The team did an awesome job with my initial cleaning. They went room to room and left everything spotless.

The two women who cleaned our house for our daughter's wedding, were incredible!!! Everything, top to bottom and inside out, sparkled. It was their third job that day, it was hot, and they worked til 6pm to see it all done. Amazing!!!

I was very pleased with my move-in cleaning service. There were a few areas I had forgotten to mention, and the team happily went back over them without hesitation. I have used Molly Maid services on multiple occasions and they keep on impressing me with the quality of the work they do. Each time I see the end product of their cleaning, I sit back and smile and say thank you. You should really give them a try.

Rosa and Delia do a wonderful job cleaning our house monthly. We have two young children and a cat so I’m so thankful for their service.

I hired Molly Maid Mount Kisco to clean my entire new construction home so it would be ready for moving in. I specifically requested the windows to be clean due to the dust and debris on them from all of the construction.

They originally told me 11:30 would be arrival time but then confirmed the day before for 9am. Which is fine if they came on time. They arrived very late and once they got here I spoke to them and went through everything they were gonna clean (which was the entire home top to bottom). I even showed them the windows and they stated they will be clean. After 2.5 hours of “cleaning” they texted me and said they were finished and left the home. I arrived to the house the following day since I wasn’t moved in yet to check on the home and as soon as I opened the front door the entryway had dirt as if they didn’t even try to clean there. I inspected all 20 windows and they all had the same dust and debris on them. It’s like they didn’t even attempt to clean them at all. My two sliding glass doors on the corner of them still had some spider webs.

This service was absolutely terrible and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I called the next day and the following day and no answer. Monday they finally called me back and the lady I dealt with was rude and wouldn’t work with me. She said it was too long that past and they could not do another clean. She only offered 30mins off the total duration since “that’s how long it would take to clean 20 windows”. I guess that’s why they were so dirty still.

NEVER USE THEM.

I requested a deep clerking for a move-in house and this is how my windows look!
Also, what outraged me was that when I first called they said that they would charge for 4 hours and if the cleaning took longer they would charge me the extra time, what happened was that they BARELY closed the 4h and they charged me one hour more! Without even talking to me.
They used my cleaning products AND broke 3 blinds, again, without informing me!

Such a terrible job. Don’t even try talking to them in the phone they make you sound stupid repeating the same thing over and over again. Pointless.
Just find someone else.

The team always does a great job when they clean our house! They are thorough and meticulous, often doing little things that we forget to do. They're are also very friendly and dependable.
