Excellent knowledge, and prices. They could not refurbish my old refrigerator as the compressor was shot. So they sold me a like-new refrigerator for less than parts would have cost for my old, broken refrigerator.
They removed the old unit and delivered my purchase within a few days. This was the best appliance purchase I've ever made!! -

A year ago, Juma, one of the sons of a family business--Dockery's Appliance Repair Service--made a final attempt to try once again to save our beautiful Kenmore washer. However, unfortunately the mother board finally gave out! Honestly, in my opinion, there will never be a washer/dryer duo like Kenmore. Any who, Juma confirmed that it was time to say goodbye and choose another washer. For years, he and his dad have successfully operated on many of our appliances. Just know that our family believes that you can count your blessings while saving money and reducing stress, especially if you choose Dockery's family appliance repair business. Amen

Our Fridge/freezer fan started to make noise and sheets of ice were in our freezer. I called him on a Sunday afternoon and he was at my house the next morning. Fixed the problem and even went out of his way to help me clean up food residue with his steamer in hidden areas we uncovered before going to his next job. Highly recommend!
