My 93-year old mother has a 6-burner, 2 oven range dating from the late 1980s that needed TLC and repair. Carlita asked extensive questions and asked for photos, explaining that she did this so as to a) ascertain whether Belgrove could do a repair b) be sure the technician brought all the parts and equipment needed to try and do it in one visit and c) give a fair quote with no surprises after servicing. Only 3 of the 6 burners were working and one oven.
The technician arrived in the time frame specified, got 5 burners cleaned and going, replaced the rusted burner part on the sixth and reconnected the second oven. He even managed to find a spare switch knob for the extractor fan to replace the one the had come off.
This is proper Customer Service - honest assessment and pricing, good service and a "can do" attitude without BS. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

The Stove Lady, (Carlita) is the place to go when you need a part for an antique stove. They are experts and know all about the stoves out there and their repair parts. They do their best to get you what you need as quickly as possible. This is a niche, specialty market, and we are fortunate to have a business available such as this one.

Carlita & her team did an incredible job restoring our Garland stove. They were exceedingly thorough and meticulous; Carlita even came all the way back to CT to fix a faulty part that she couldn't perfectly fix the first time around. She & her team absolutely transformed our stove, it looks brand new and runs like a dream!

It's hard to say anything others haven't already said about this wonderful business, but I'd like to add my two cents here. Don't think I've ever had faster or more accommodating service than that provided by the Stove Lady. Carlita and her team can fix (or even refurbish) stoves no one else is willing or able to fix. If you love your range and don't want to have to pay to replace it, Carlita absolutely will help, and she'll do so quickly and well.

I stumbled onto a practically never-used 1953 Roper stove about 4 years ago, it had been sitting for 60 years so I had Carlita rebuild all the valves, etc. The stove is used daily and still working perfectly. I feel so lucky to have a resource like this available in today's "disposable economy", where nothing is fixed and everything it tossed aside for something new. You can tell she really knows what she is doing and has an appreciation for these amazing works of art....thank you Carlita!

We have a 40 year old Welbilt gas stove that was giving us electric ignition problems. We arranged a video visit with Carlita, The Stove Lady. This was our second time reaching out to her. With the aid of some photos and a remote video inspection, she pinpointed the problem and suggested a remedy that might work in lieu of a parts replacement. It worked for a while but then started acting up again. Carlita determined the parts that needed to be replaced. In the middle of Covid, in person service visits were suspended but she was willing to guide me through it by video. I figured it out myself. All is well with our stove now; it works like new. It’s not a fancy or expensive stove and the problem was not major but Carlita gave it her full skill and attention. It’s great to know where to go if there is a next time.

Stopped by the shop with only overnight notice to Belgrove. Naheem is very professional. Provided a personal tour of the premises. Viewed stoves in various stages of renovation. He was courteous and informative. Helped me determine how I would go about picking up my stove, once renovated.
Only other personal contact has been with Carlita by telephone and email. All contact to date courteous and professional. The "Stove Lady" is renovating our 1951 Chambers Model 90C. Thanks to Carlita and her entire crew I look forward to a superb restoration.

The oven knob was broken when our Bluestar stove was delivered by A J Madison. Originally Bluestar assigned a repair company that could not see the stove for three weeks because of a Covid backlog. We complained to Bluestar and they contacted Belgrove repair. Carlita came to see the stove that evening even though it was her day off. She also kept us informed as we waited for Bluestar to send the parts. Another technician came to our house to fix the stove once the parts arrived and we are now very happy with our new stove and appreciate that Belgrove went above and beyond.

Smart, cool, and super professional. Carlita and her senior technician came in the middle of the pandemic, perfectly masked and gloved, and calmly took care of my beloved but aged Wolf stove. It's back to working perfectly. The Stove Lady herself (Carlita) video-conferenced me ahead of time to diagnose everything, so that they could come with all the necessary parts. Love love love her experience and professionalism.

I had been told by a repairman who was supposed to specialize in Crown stoves that my oven needed a part no longer available and could not be fixed. Fortunately, I found the Stove Lady. She encouraged me to opt for a virtual consultation rather than an in-home visit because it was so much more cost effective. During that half-hour consult, I learned about features in my stove that I hadn't known about during the 43 years I've owned it. And my oven got fixed! The stove lady was kind, calm and patient so that even this senior citizen with no DIY skill was able to follow her directions. Now I'm looking forward to scheduling a visit for cleaning and replacement of numerous parts so my 50-year old stove will be new again!

She was fair in her estimates, kept us informed about the progress of the work, and was very conscientious about leaving our kitchen in perfect shape. Same with her staff. I acquired a BEAUTIFUL vintage oven a few years back and while the range, griddle, and broiler work wonderfully, I've never been able to get the oven to ignite. After surveying a few "regular" appliance repair people who were wary/unwilling to take a look at such a relic, I called Belgrove Appliance. The cost of a specialist would definitely be an investment, not to be considered lightly, but I could not have been more pleased.

Carlita was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to contact throughout the entire process. I've never had a vendor respond so quickly to emails! Carlita obviously knows her stuff and will give you the complete story-- no confusing industry jargon, just clear, concise correspondence. And my oven works now! Within a couple quick visits (with staff that arrived on time and worked fast), my oven is fully up and running. And I still get follow up calls/emails checking to make sure everything's running okay!

Can’t say enough about Carlita and Belgrove Appliance! We could not find anyone who would come to work on our Chambers gas cooktop when the pilot lights would not stay lit. We are located in West Virginia and were able to do a video chat with Carlita who patiently walked us through the steps to make the necessary repairs. She immediately knew exactly what to do to fix our problem. The pilot lights are now working thanks to her knowledge and assistance. I would highly recommend contacting Belgrove Appliance if you need any appliance repairs.

Excellent, professional service. Replaced my 1962 Chambers' griddle with a polished show griddle from Belgrove. I was the worst emailer and kept putting off dealing with this issue in my kitchen, but Belgrove appliance was patient and checked in regularly to see if I had decided. Once received, I loved how shiny it was! Belgrove is considered a go-to for Chambers restoration due to expertise and professionalism!

The Stove Lady is great! I had an intermittent gas smell, and indeed, they found that one of the old knobs occasionally let out gas. The work was swift and outstanding. My stove works great now. I'm going to go back for a full cleaning and tune up asap!

It has been approximately 6 months since we had The Stove Lady make repairs to our Viking Range. The range continues to work nicely. The repair was challenging and she, along with the technician displayed great patience, and stayed until the job was complete and everything was working properly. Everyone from the phone service, to the initial visit, to the final repair, was polite and pleasant to work with.
