Everything about these guys was extremely professional. From the estimate they gave, the time they arrived, the quality of work done and their billing method were all first class. Would highly recommend them.

They came on time, technicians were nice and polite, however I noticed a whole lot of lint outside, is this normal?
I messaged the owner several times and I did receive an apology.
Since there have been repeated clogging up of that drain outside I had to clean the mess up immediately, for fairness they did offer to come the soonest they could which was 3-5 days...
When I explained that the lint could clog up the stairwell drainage area and I asked for 'consideration', radio silence, so I guess just watch them to make sure they have cleaned up afterwards.
I really didn't like writing this, but felt I should.
If a lot of lint outside is the usual situation then I apologize for the negative review.

The photo shows 2 days after rain washed away most of the lint down my stairwell drain that tends to get clogged easily.

Skaggs-Walsh is on the expensive side as far as oil companies go, but it does feel like you're paying a little more for oil just for their mechanics. Honestly, the past oil companies i've been with pale in comparison, when it comes to taking care of my boiler. They really are top notch, no complaints on that end.
