By FAR the very best contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They built out my business in Beacon and went well beyond my highest expectations! John and his crew are punctual, thoughtful, detail oriented and very hard working. Incredible communication skills, talented beyond belief and they take the time to ensure that everything looks even better than you thought it would. I had an amazing experience working with premium construction on my deck and putting in railing on my front steps. We brought 5 contractors out to give estimates but John explained everything in detail. It took us a few months to decide on when to start repairs but as soon as I met John I knew I would provide Premium Construction with my business. Everything was done timely and the work was exquisite. The deck required a permit and took a few weeks. But we were so happy with the end product.

Premium Construction did a wonderful job with our roof for an affordable price point. As of today (1 day post completion) we are very satisfied with the work done. Leading up to the job, John was in constant contact answering any and all questions we had and there was never any doubt about what was going on. I don’t really know how to begin - John has been an excellent project leader with his team. We hired premium construction for the general construction of a commercial restaurant project and they did such a great job with executing our design ideas. They built the walls, painted them and our open ceiling. We asked his team to build us a soffit and add ACT to our ceiling in the kitchen and build an ADA restroom. It’s 800 SF, but the tiling was complex and time consuming and they did a great job. We felt like they always went above and beyond - we always felt like a priority. Thanks so much John and team!
