David's team helped us turning our newly bought house into our dream home that is ready to move in! His team is diligent, trustworthy, very polite, efficient. David himself is very communicative, super responsible and great to work with. What really makes David stand out is his ability to see the vision of the house from the clients' eyes and do a great job fulfilling the vision without sacrificing engineering quality.we are very happy about the project outcome and we think it wouldn't be possible to get all the items done if we went for a different contractor. So Premium definitely would be our top choice when the next project comes up.

Amazing transformation! Those are the 2 words that come to mind. This past month, we had David and his professional crew remodel our downstairs bedroom and bathroom on suite. The entire bathroom and bedroom were demolished, and then redesigned to look magnificent. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, whereby Premium Construction Development emphasized attention to detail and adherence to specifications. There was clear communication throughout the project and always a willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy me, the client. It is an extremely trust worthy company, whereby crew members spent days at home without us having to be present. The project was managed seamlessly and completed on time. After the last huge snowstorm we recently had, I contacted Tim at Premium Construction and Development to clean off the almost 18 inches of snow that lay on my roof.He gave me all of the answers I needed and an excellent price to clear the snow off and the ice out of my gutters. As I live in a community of 93 townhouses, I spread the word around and almost half of the community hired Tim and his company to have him clean theirs as well. Not only was his professionalism unbelievable but the work they did on all of our roofs was outstanding. Everything was taken care of and we will definitely be using Premium Construction’s services In the future.

Premium Construction provided competent and talented personnel who renovated our master bathroom. Each individual was pleasant, polite, helpful, and incredibly neat and clean. We were delighted with the final product. But what set Premium Construction apart from its competitors, was the great oversight of the project by David and John. Regular daily site visits insured that every step of the project was done properly and to our satisfaction. They kept us up to date and always responded to our calls and texts in a reasonable time frame. Everything promised, was delivered. They are absolutely wonderful to deal with! All if this, plus very customer friendly pricing, should put Premium Construction at the top of your list for all home related construction efforts.

Kudos to John, David and his team! I am so glad that I have found them for the bathroom renovation job. Their team have done an awesome jobs with great workmanship at reasonable price. I made urgent request and John/David was able to schedule the free estimate appt the next day. They gave me the quote right away and completed the tasks within just few days. David explained the procedures and answered my questions. He also follow-up and kept me informed throughtout the whole process. Their team removed the old tiles on wall, reinstall new drywall, repaired and repainted new wall, and replaced new floor tiles in the powder room. They cleaned up the whole area well after completed job. I was thrilled to see the new bathroom when the job was done. I highly recommended Premium Construction with 5 stars!!!

This was one of the absolute best reconstruction projects I ever had to encounter. The workmanship from the very beginning was incredible and professional. I will most definitely use Premium Construction again and will 100% recommend them for any type of restoration/construction project
