Westfair did an excellent job, and I would recommend them highly. Cesar, the owner, is very available for all questions and concerns, and they did their work efficiently and courteously. The office staff is responsive too. They worked well with other people who had to work on the same job. I would definitely call on them again if I had another problem like this - hopefully I will not need to!

What an extraordinary crew. They cleaned every inch of everything in our home after a boiler explosion sent soot throughout our house. I initially spoke with another company our insurance company recommended. They were unprofessional and clueless. Westfair far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend.

Great company to deal with. Even though they had a crew of almost a dozen workers, they were careful, clean, friendly and we barely knew they were there. If you have a bad experience with a fire like we did, this is the restoration company to use!

We had a septic flood, called another local company who came right away to clean up the sludge and were supposed to come back, and never did for weeks, while the mold grew. Westfair came within a day or so of my call and they completed the job (demolition, hauling, dehimidifying, etc.) within a few days. Friendly technicians, very responsive! Highly recommended!!

We had a leak in our ceiling over the weekend, and called Westfair restoration services. From the first contact they were courteous and professional. The project manager, Chris, came out next morning and we were in our way with cleanup. Kieth and his restoration team were friendly and patient with our questions. They finished up the job completely to our satisfaction, leaving everything neat and clean. I hope I never have to, but I would definitely call them if I ever need to again! Also, my dog loved them and wouldn’t leave them alone, always a sign that they are good people😂

Updated review September 30, 2024 - Once again I had to call my go-to, Westfair Restoration, this time for removal of seriously moldy sheetrock and wood framing from all basement walls and ceiling. Happy to again have Alfredo and crew who did another outstanding job, eliminating all traces of mold and restoring the basement to perfect original condition. They also protected heating gear and electrical panel completely and isolated the house from dust infiltration. Thanks to all at Westfair for the usual courteous, prompt, and efficient service!

Previous review May 8, 2024 - After experiencing a major water damage cleanup and mold remediation from Westfair in 2021, there was no doubt in my mind who to call when faced with the ugly aftermath of a bird and bat infestation in my attic. A big shout-out to Alfredo and his crew for removing all traces and making the attic squeaky clean, and for protecting the rest of the house while doing so; you would never know they were there. Thanks to Westfair for another great job!

My husband and I were thrilled with the work Westfair did in our home. Cesar Godoy came and evaluated the situation, walked us through the best mitigation plan and worked with our mold environmental company and insurance to make sure everything was seamless. Jessica Munguia was fabulous as well, making sure everything went well.

Cesar project managed the restoration work led by Abel and his team. We were blown away by their cleanliness, swift but thorough work and kindness during this challenging time. We highly recommend Westfair.

Westfair did an amazing job in my attic removing mold from the ceiling. They worked quickly and diligently and were polite and respectful of my property. It looks great and I am relieved the mold is gone.

I cannot express in words how much this company did for us! They were so attentive to every detail that needed to be taken care of after our damage from a hurricane. They were checking in on us every step of the way, always so responsive to our needs and answered all of our questions. We had never experienced this type of damage before and they made it so much more tolerable. I felt like I was being treated like a queen as they literally took care of everything for us from tearing out walls and packing us up to cleaning the entire house after construction and moving us back in and unpacking. I would never hesitate to call this company again!! They should receive 10 stars and many kudos to Caesar who was so compassionate and responsive!!

We had a water leak at my Dad's house and through insurance were put in contact with Westfair. We did an initial estimate/interview and selected them for the work. It was done timely, thoroughly and professionally. No regrets with our decision to us Westfair and we would us them again independent of an insurance claim.

Westfair were just amazing! They sent out their project manager on a moments notice for our basement flood damage. They were quick to do the work and very efficient! We will use them for any future work and highly recommend them! Everyone from the office staff, project manager, the workers on site were all very pleasant and complete professionals!

Westfair Restoration was beyond great! from the moment the project manager came in to inspect the job until completion. They were timely, organized. tidy and fast. The crew that worked on my bathroom explained the process and what to expect for the next few days that they would be at my store. I will recommend them to every person I know that is in need of the services that they offer.
