Westfair Restoration Services is great! I highly recommend their services. A pipe had burst in my kitchen ceiling. After the plumber repaired the pipe, the Westfair crew took charge of the mitigation and the build-back. They worked together like a well oiled machine. Everyone from the contractors to the office staff worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done the right way!

My water heater burst and i had my basement flooded. They came for an estimate. They was able to squeeze me in for the next day. They showed up on time and are very professional. They removed the carpet and the compromised sheet rock. They help move everything in there way. They left 4 machines to dry up the basement. Once the basement was fully dry, they came to pick up the machines.i would definitely recommend them to any one.

I had a pipe break in my basement (full of contents). Called Westfair to come (as recommended by my insurance company). They arrived at my home in half an hour! They moved and cleaned contents. The contents that were in affected cardboard boxes were replaced with new clean boxes. They vacuumed up the water. They placed equipment to dry the floor and wall.
Workers wore gloves and masks. They were very thorough and worked carefully, but quickly. They came back (arrived a couple minutes before appt. time) to pick up the equipment and moved all my contents back to the original place. Extremely happy with them.

We have used Westfair Restoration on two separate occasions. Both times they have been outstanding. Punctual, kind, mindful of protecting and cleaning-up surrounding areas, and superb workmanship. They go above and beyond. This is a wonderful company.

My water heater was
leaking and I didn’t notice for a few days . my basement was flooded. My Insurance recommended Westfair restoration. I called. They came bright and early the next day. Excellent clean up crew ! Worked very hard & quickly . They moved furniture and everything was moved so they could cut up the rug . they also cleaned with disinfectant the floors after they picked the rug up .They didn’t miss a spot. It’s a very large basement with four rooms and they did a magnificent job. I would highly recommend!!!! I give them 10 stars !!!!!

From the ladies who field calls in the office, to the project manager, crew chief and all the crew members, they were all professional, knowledgeable, efficient and fast. They dusted our furniture before packing it in the pod; they cleaned the radiators after taking out the carpet and they vaccuumed and mopped where they had worked to leave the house as it was before. I’d rate 10 stars if I could. We didn’t expect to need a restoration company but so glad we used WestFair.

I recently Purchased a new home. On the day of signing and final walk through we did some normal checks and noticed we had a massive leak coming from the 2nd floor bathroom directly into our 1st floor bathroom. We didn’t know how long it had ran for or the real extent of the damage. We didn’t want to lose out on this home so we searched for help and came across Westfair restorations. A gentleman by the name of Arturo answered the phone. I explained the situation and he came by within the next hour given our particular situation. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about our issue, a MASSIVE help. He assured me his team could come in and properly treat the area to prevent mold build up and prevent the situation from getting worse. The rest of his team followed that day and the next.

A very particular situation and something a new home owner does not want to experience on the day of closing. But Arturo assured me that he had seen worse. I can’t recommend Westfair restoration enough.

The team at Westfair did an excellent job replacing water damaged floors. They replaced areas of subflooring and put down fantastic vinyl plank floors of my choosing. The entire team was friendly, polite, and very skilled. I love the new living room floor so much I threw out my area rug!

He made sure everything was operating safely and correctly. My house was left immaculate by the excellent fireplace cleaning service. Their mold removal and cleaning services also amazed me.
