Empire Tree was great!! They came right out to not only assess the damage of the tree section that almost crushed our cottage as we were in it, but also to put our minds at ease and calm us down. They were out the next day bright and early to remove the downed portion as well as the remaining dangerous, still standing portion, even before so another job they already had planned. These guys did an absolutely incredible job removing major limbs in some precarious situations and on difficult-to-access trees. I was so impressed with the first job I called them to come back to do more. Their attention to detail is impressive to say the least, such as laying ground protection before driving on the lawn and picking up every last bit of debris before they left. Neighbors were also wowed and said they planned to hire them. The whole experience with Empire Tree was wonderful from beginning to end and they're affordable too. Hire them! They're excellent.

When a large tree fell on our house, (11/2023) Empire responded quickly the same day to assess my situation even though it was late in the day. With my insurance approval, they arrived promptly the next morning with a crew to remove the tree. Their professional crew had all the right tools and experience.
