What a magnificent experience with this local company. We had a persistent plumbing problem in our basement. We were quoted an unreasonable price by halco. We just couldn’t do it. Enter Alex from Lagana. He saved the day. Not only did he do a fantastic job. He did it professionally, timely and economically. Great experience.

We had Lagana Plumbing and Heating install an outdoor hose bib for us and we're very happy with the work done.

Our tech Adam explained the whole process before beginning, provided an accurate and detailed quote. The pipe installed was kept in line with other existing pipes to keep it tidy looking in our equipment room. Adam installed an anti-freezing hose bib, put a shut off in an easily accessible spot inside the equipment room, and angled the outdoor spigot to ensure it could fully drain for when shut off in the winter. After installation he went over with us how to drain it in the winter and to leave the outdoor tap on to ensure it drains and does not have water freeze in it potentially bursting the pipes.

They spent at least 8 hours here replacing our heating furnace. They were very friendly and seemed to laugh all day while working with each other, which was nice to hear.

Emergency call was responded to swiftly! Our technician, Caleb, was friendly and efficient! Caleb was efficient in triaging the problem and well-versed in treating customers well - who are too HOT to cope with failing AC. Thank you.

Lagana was the third HVAC company I called to give me a quote on replacing my AC and furnace. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and it just felt right. They weren’t the lowest quote but they weren’t the highest! The high quality units they use and the 0% financing were a huge selling point. I received my quote roughly 2 days after the sales rep was came to talk to me and the service was scheduled 2 business days after that! Quick turnaround! They sent Zeb and AJ to do the work. They were both friendly and respectful. The techs use shoe covers when walking into your home and they lay down a padded blanket when removing the furnace to ensure nothing damages your flooring. Not only did I notice the camaraderie between the techs but the way they talked about Lagana as an employer was nothing but positive. You could tell they enjoy working for Lagana and they enjoy working with each other. One day 1, the field manager stopped by to check on things which is reflective of a business that holds their employees accountable and it’s professional and reassuring to the customer. Before arriving to your home, Lagana will call you to let you know they are on their way AND give you an ETA of their arrival. I would recommend Lagana to anybody. Adam was great! I had a plugged storm drain and he cleaned it out and it is draining like a champ now! Just in time for the heavy rain we got today 6/18. He did a great job for less than other plumbing services. Quick and cleaned up afterwards. These guys have become my go-to plumbing company!

Max and Caleb did a fantastic job installing our new central air unit. The ductwork to accept the new air handler had to be modified for the new unit and they built everything right on site from scratch. Very impressed!!!!

Excellent service from the time the quote was prepared until the installation completion. The office was great with setting up my appt and Matt and AJ were absolutely the greatest. They installed my gas stove, gas line and fan system with ease and competence . Everything was left neat and clean. They left me with a great impression of the company and the service they provide . Had a drainage issue and called a few Plumbers in my area. Lagana was the first to respond. Glad they did. They were really understandable and easy to work with. They sent a tech over within a few hours. Alec S. came and had the problem fixed in just a few minutes. Our house was getting to be just too hot on summer days. Lagana was very professional and Lawson came out the same day I called and gave us a full estimate on a Mitsubishi mini split unit. Chris came out a few days later and installed everything on a scorching hot day and did an absolutely great job. We love our new AC, and like they promised it works extremely well and is almost silent. I would highly recommend Lagana to anyone.
