I had 2 other companies come out for 1 problem. They left work uncompleted and quoted a hefty price for unidentified work. I called Great Bison, Andrew came out in a timely manner, turned my boiler on, quoted a reasonable price for work that needed to be completed and all the while had great communication. These guys respond quickly with inquiries and are just more than I could have ever expected. I truly appreciate their expertise, great work, pricing and communication. Thank you and I've been recommending you guy to everyone I see.

Thank you guys, you did a great job replacing our furnace. When I called with no heat, their response was immediate. They brought us space heaters while the installation was scheduled. They stayed in communication through the process. Replacement went quicker than we expected, organized, clean, and polite. You can't ask for more. I have been a property manager for over 20 years and worked with too many contractors (including those you've seen in commercials) over the years. Trust me when I say Great Bison is the best. When it comes to my home I prefer to reach out to local help and I am so glad I did!

They finished the job exactly as quoted and got my project scheduled and completed without any delays. Definitely recommend them to others looking for mini split installation.

Great Bison did an amazing job. They ran a gas line for me for a generator. The final job was very professional looking. They did not take the easy way, they did it the most professional looking. Great job as always!!

AC heating and cooling installed a new HVAC system, replacing my original 25 year old system. They were on time, very efficient, and professional. Total removal and installation time was 5 hours and they left everything spotless. All questions were answered and their prices were much lower compared to the larger companies advertising on television. I highly recommend AC.

Great Bison Heating & Cooling installed 4 mini split units throughout our home in just a short amount of time and cleaned up nicely! They were even tolerant of my dogs bullying them😅
Before leaving, they provided a detailed explanation on the dos and donts of the system and were happy to come back when I did exactly what I was told not to. Highly recommend if youre considering making your home more energy efficient!

Andrew and his team were great. Communication was timely, the install was above and beyond, and we love our new boiler. I highly recommend Great Bison Heating and Cooling.

This weekend, we had frigid temperatures and LOTS of snow! My brother's mobile home furnace quit working with outside temps as low as 7°. I had called a large (well known) company on Saturday at 1 in the afternoon. Numerous inquiries by me, and they still had not shown by Sunday at 3:30!! Kept telling me we were on the list, but could not give me an ETA! Won't call them again!

I called Great Bison and even tho they were busy as well with the crazy weather, AND had one of their vans go in a ditch the night before (I'm told the tech was ok) .. Andy came to our rescue within 1/2 an hour, fixed the problem in a VERY short time and explained what we should look for should it happen again. He told us what we could do once the weather was nicer to fix the problem and we will definitely be setting up that appointment.

I will HIGHLY recommend Great Lakes Bison to everyone!

Great Bison is a great company that rescued us last March when Our heat stopped working our 30 year old furnace just gave out. One phone call to Andy at Great Bison and they came out and replaced our furnace the installers were great. We called them today to check our thermostat and the came and did an adjustment on it and it seems to be working fine I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their heating or air-conditioning.

Great Bison put in AC and a new furnace in my home. I was extremely pleased. They were several thousand dollars less than the other quotes I received for the same work. Andy and his team were professional, knowledgeable and very personable. They were also reliable and dependable. I definitely made the right choice and would highly recommend them!!

Great Bison Heating and Cooling did a tremendous job for us putting our heating system in plus changing our oil heating into Propane heat now which is cleaner and more efficient.
