I had 22 arborvitae tree stumps ground down. The job was done efficiently and without a hitch. From the first day I asked owner, Kyle Brown, for a free quote, he was most courteous, dependable, and a great communicator. If you have any freshly cut stumps, or any old, ugly, stumps for that matter you need gone, give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

After purchasing my house last year, I became tasked with the removal of several trees on the back property line that were left unmanaged for years - decades really. Once this task was done, several stumps of varying sizes were left behind, it then became pretty difficult to find a company willing to provide stump grinding services due to the presence of some old chain-link fencing in the stumps that the trees had grown/woven into over the years, that could not be entirely removed. Thankfully KB Stump Grinding was not only willing, but also very capable in removing all of the stumps entirely without issue - despite any concerns of left-over fencing material! The job was completed in just 1 day, and at a very reasonable price! Would highly recommend using this company for any/all stumps you may need to remove, and will certainly hire them again for any I may need taken care of in the future!

I would not recommend this company at all. I contacted them to remove a tree, and after agreeing on a price, I was told they required half the payment upfront once work began.

On Friday, I met them at the property. The worker briefly started setting up (throwing a rope), so I paid the agreed half deposit. I then left, expecting the job to be completed as discussed.

Later, I noticed no work had been done. When I followed up, I was told they couldn’t cut the tree until Saturday because it was supposedly a “city tree.” I was assured they would return first thing Saturday to complete the job.

They never showed up.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly advise not paying anything upfront until the work is fully completed. This was a frustrating experience, especially when trying to support local businesses.

Do not hire this company! Hired Don to drop trees and grind out stumps. They have showed up 2 times and left a mess both times. Havent seen or heard anything in over a week. After 2 1/2 weeks and no response to my attempts, I still have a mess in my yard, 3 more trees to drop and no stumps removed. Paid Don half the money up front. Guess he took the money and ran.

Terrible job and did not see any steam from supposedly their equipment. Had to buy throw rugs to cover the bad job. I have these guys a tip stupid me.
