What a wonderful cleaning job on my three recliners! I do think every stain and mark has totally been removed. And they smell so goood!
One chair had blood spots, food and jelly marks that I couldn’t remove before. My husband pretty much lived in those chairs because of his disabilities. It always made him feel bad to cause so much work. Clean em! These chairs cost good money! They will allow you to make them worth every penny! Thanks Chip and Mike on this service. Left my house smelling good and “clean”.😁

Super disappointed with staff that came to clean rugs and vents. Poor workmanship, had to reattach all my vent covers the either half a$$ put them back on or jammed them in. For the money I paid I’d never use them again. Only getting 2 star because the office girl was superb in our phone calls and set up.

If I could give less than one star I would. I do not normally give reviews, but I have to warn people who are looking at using this company. Met this company at Buffalo home show and received a discount for air duct cleaning. Had them come out and clean my air ducts. Upon inspection, after I got home, I found that they did not clean any of my cold air returns and probably none of heating ducts. All they did was spray some disinfectant in. Felt like I was part of one of those Dateline investigates where the contractor comes in and says they did the work, but really they did nothing and charge you $400. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They are most likely doing this to many more of their clients. Gentleman who said he did the job ended up driving to my office to pay me back. Very shady company.

First time using Kwik Klean but won't be the last! I didn't realize just how dirty my vents were until Joe & his team showed up. Wow! Gross haha. They were professional, kind, on time, cleanly and respectful of my home. Wore shoe covers, masks, were careful with equipment around corners and walls, efficient AND nice to my dog (double win). I can smell the difference in the cleanliness already. Thank you Joe & Kwik Klean team!

Really liked the fact that these guys showed up right on time. They did an awesome job on my living room carpet and spot cleaned in the master bedroom. They really were efficient and finished in no time. They really are "Kwick"!

Just needed a room and hallway cleaned due to my sick dog's accident. I tried with my store bought carpet machine but saw I needed a pro. These guys were great! Polite, professional, and fast. Oh, and the job was great.

I have Kwik Klean clean my carpet every year, & they do an amazing job! My carpet looks brand new every time. He also has a really good crew working for him, very nice, friendly & polite guys. I highly recommend Kwik Klean if your looking for a job well done.

Over all it was a Good job but pet stains were still there the next day. Also carpet was still very damp 24 hrs later.

We bought a new house that had some pretty bad odors from smoking and pets. Kwik Klean cleaned out our air ducts and the difference was amazing. Price was very reasonable. Staff was on time, professional, and friendly. Great job!!

Bobby and Lee were great! On time, respectful of my home, wore covers over their shoes and explained the process and what they were doing. The process only took a couple hours and I could hear all of the debris leaving my ducts! Highly recommend!

Was so excited they could get me in on a Saturday at a good price. Then they didn’t show. I called to figure out where they were and they told me their truck had broken down, they had forgotten to notify me, but would reschedule. I agreed even though this meant delay of moving into our new home. I took a half day from work Monday to be there and they called saying they couldn’t come again and assured me they would come Tuesday. They finally showed up and did the job. I was less then impressed but knew my carpets weren’t in great shape, I just figured they would at least look a little better. They honestly look worse. I stupidly still had a duct cleaning appointment that I had to reschedule for 7/21 and was assured they would show. They did not. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Would highly recommend this company. I left a message got back to me quickly and put me on the schedule the following week. Two guys came , very respectful and professional. Explained everything they were doing, showed me afterwards even though I heard everything being sucked into their truck. Great price showed up on time only took a couple of hours!!!

Kwik came out and I had Dale and his partner. Super courteous and professional. Did a great job on my 3 carpets. Asked them to touch up some specific spots and they tended to them without issue. Definitely will use Kwik n the future!
