I am the superintendent of multiple apartment complexes at neighborhood housing services and they’re not just promt but very courteous and professional. I don’t know what I would do without Swanson Plumbing & Heating. So thank you to all your staff! I just want to thank Chad from the heating department especially. He is exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to servicing our many furnaces. I look at him like a friend now and not just another contractor. He is also very friendly and nice to the many tenants I have. Thanks Chad and I’ll see you in the morning!

Kudos to JR Swanson Plumbing. I called yesterday afternoon at 4:15 p.m. and Nick was at my house at 8 a.m. today with everything he needed to accomplish not only the original 2 things I asked for, but also the third issue that needed fixed that I remembered after I'd called. He had it all done in a half hour with excellence. Easy peasy!
This great customer service started from the time I called the office to the time that Nick called to say he was coming to the time he left (and everywhere in between).
I highly recommend them!

I had been having issues with backup in our basement. Called JR Swanson and they came out and got me all squared away, couldn't say a bad thing about my experience. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever have another issue they go above and beyond. Ask for Jeff if you ever need a plumber fantastic service. Thank you.
