I called Cam Tech because of a Issue I was having in the basement with my sump pump. Unlike most, they showed up on time, VERY courteous and professional. Upon completion of the job, they explained what they did and answered any questions we had. I would strongly recommend Cam Tech for all your plumbing needs!!
Highly recommend! I would leave more stars if I could! Excellent experience. I was so impressed the technician, Trey, came in the evening on short notice (we work, so daytime appts don’t work for us). He arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgeable with everything plumbing/sewer related. He spent a decent amount of time trying to deal with our sewer issue and cleaned everything up after. He was very honest about prognosis and what work was needed and our options. Especially happy we didn’t have to wait days for an appointment!
In the morning, we started having issues with "clean" water in our basement. Within hours, was sewage slowly backing up! We called after hours, and Hunter arrived within the hour! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and had our problem fixed within the hour! (Plus was mindful of our pets, and removing footwear....which some other companies are not!). What a nice guy, and what a great job!
I had a bad clog in my bathroom sink. The trap was clogged and had to be replaced. They also used the snake to clear out all the slime. Great job done. The company kept in constant contact with me about when my technician would arrive and also gave me the name of the technicians. I also received text messages and phone calls. I had to call back to have a piece rethreaded and Thomas came to the rescue later that day. Would definitely recommend this company. My parents used them for years.
Wilson was amazing! He came in and fixed my clogged kitchen drain and found multiple blockages. Highly recommend for his efficiency and speed!
They appeared to care and to be professional. They over charged, lied about completing all the work and put the mixed up the hot and cold plumbing in the upstairs bathroom. They refused to fix the problem unless I signed a waiver not to litigate. I hadn't thought about litigation before then. I merely wanted the job done right. I paid almost $13,000 to have my entire house re-plumbed. This is unacceptable. Don't trust these people. Good work is hard to come by in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. They are lucky that I don't call out specific names on this review of the person who lied. Would leave 0 stars if I could all because they refuse to correct the problem or at least offer monetary compensation.
