Back this past Christmas season our family freezer stopped working. bad timing as it was full for family & friends gatherings. After going online line and made a few calls and it got to be pretty late when I got a hold of Dmitry and explained the problem and what I thought it was. He gave me a fair quote on price (if that indeed was the problem) and promised he would come 1st thing in the morning. Next day Dmitry was at parents house early and fixed it in about an hour. He charged us exactly what he quoted as it was the problem I thought. that not only saved Christmas food but more importantly it's still working great during these terrible days we are in. Thanks Dmitry for great job and will use you again if needed. I recommend his services to anyone who might this kind of work done.

I tried to repair my dryer myself and had it completely in pieces along with missing parts. D'mitry showed up within an hour of me calling him. He pieced together my mess in under an hour, including gas line installation. He's well prepared, clean, very polite, but most importantly, reasonably priced. I'm telling you, give this man a call before you spend your paycheck on a new washer/dryer.

Dimitry has fixed my washer after the basement flooded, my refrigerator's door/seal, my garbage disposal, my freezer's ice maker, and now my gas dryer that stopped spinning. He's reliable, does good work, nice guy, isn't way overpriced, so I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing an appliance repaired.

Dmitry definitely deserves five stars. He was prompt, courteous and extremely fair in his pricing. We had an obnoxious sound coming from our 2 year old Maytag dryer and he took it apart and found a small rock had somehow gotten inside. We couldn’t believe how fast he discovered the problem and fixed it. While he was here we had him also look at our Kenmore Elite oven. We had one repair man tell us that we needed a new gasket on the door and Dmitry looked it over and within minutes diagnosed a completely different reason. He fixed that as well. We will be telling all of our friends and family about him and will be using him again the next time an appliance issue arises.

Dryer was running but had no heat. I prefer using local service people in North Tonawanda, so I called Dmitry. I told him what the problem was and he gave me an estimate over the phone. He came to my house the next day, and as I gave him the model number, with the repair parts he needed. Within an hour he had the dryer running perfectly and explained to me what went wrong with it. Loved the service, and the cost was very doable! It's $80 for them to come out, which gets applied to any repairs. So much cheaper than quotes from bigger companies. For a diagnosis and repair of broken igniter on gas stove, $190 plus tax. Keeping their number for any future appliance needs. Thank you!! 😊

Dmitri cam and fixed our broken Miele gas range. We had so many problems finding anyone to come and fix it but thank God we found Dmitri; he came and figured out the problem right away. The wiring was incorrectly placed from the manufacturer and Dmitri found that out right away and corrected the wiring so that it would light and not trip the outlet like it had been doing. Our fridge was leaking since we've moved in our new home 6 months ago. Dmitry was on time, very professional, friendly and talked me through every step that he did and what the cost would be after his diagnosis.

I loved the fact that after fixing what he thought the original problem was, he saw something else that could be a contributor to the leak. He could have left and charged me there, but ended up going through all the problems that could cause leaks and addressed those as well.

I waited two weeks to post this, as our fridge hasn't leaked once since and is noticeably more quiet. Would definitely recommend!
