Dmitry repaired our oven the Tuesday before thanksgiving after it stopped working (would’ve been a huge problem for us hosting the holiday). He was responsive and came out quickly and was able to make the repair on the spot without ordering any parts. We had such a good experience that we ended up having him fix our dishwasher which had a broken door; this repair required parts, and again Dmitry was responsive with ordering the part and then installing it quickly after it arrived. Thanks Dmitry! Highly recommend.

Our dryer wasn’t working properly, so we called Appliance Repair Solution. Dmitry was prompt, kind, and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the model dryer we have, and was able to repair it very quickly. As they say, first impressions are important and Dmitry knocked it out of the ballpark! I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Dmitry is very polite and professional. He arrived at our house within two hours of our calling him. He had our Kenmore washer repaired within an hour. Dmitry could have told us anything, so when he said the problem was only a switch, I felt that I could trust him. I would definitely recommend him and I plan to call him whenever I have a problem with an appliance.

Excellent customer service. He responded immediately,set up an appointment same day,had the parts in stock. Altogether he took less than 20 minutes to have my dryer fixed and the rate was definitely reasonable. He has earned my future business and repairs.

Right before Christmas I noticed that the ice cream in the freezer turned into soup, and of course my first thought was to call Dimitri! Unfortunately the cost to repair almost equalled the cost of a new one, so that's what we did. While he was here I told him how my ancient washing machine was still working great, I spoke to soon. On the Saturday after Christmas, my washer quit spinning 😭. When he fixed it before, he didn't know how long it would last because it's super old so on the Tuesday after New Year's, we have to buy a new washing machine. Hopefully 2024 goes much better than the end of 2023!!!

Dmitry is a true professional. Drain line in freezer was iced and plugged. He cleared that then noticed that it caused another problem. He took care of that also and at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend Appliance Repair Solutions!

I had appointment with another repairman but his service call was extra and I cancelled. Thank Goodness i did and found Dmitry in Appliance Repairman Solution. He was fast courteous, amazing in his knowledge. This one is a keeper !! I will always use him. He does charge a service /diagnostic charge but if you repair he applies that to your bill towards the repair.

Dmitry was literally at my house 8 minutes after I called! He diagnosed and fixed it within half an hour. He had the parts with him so we did not have to wait. Service charge was much lower than a previous company I have used in the past. Easiest repair experience I have ever had. Great job!

We were impressed with Dimitry a few years back when he repaired our LG Oven. He was able to diagnose the problem with the oven and identified a problem that was brewing. He had the parts in his truck and fixed our oven. He was quick, polite and honest.
He came back today to repair our LG washer. Once again he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the machine fixed within an hour! He guaranteed his work . I would highly recommend Dimitry for repairs. I am sure we will be using him again!

Just had Dmitry over to fix my dryer and it went perfectly. I called him yesterday, he arrived today within the scheduled window, and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour and a half. Now my dryer is working better than it was before it broke down. The price was good, too: a little under $200. I see why he has all these great reviews. I'll definitely be calling him again if I have any other appliance issues, and I'd recommend him to anyone who asks.

Called Appliance Repair Solutions at10am on Tuesday Jan 7th left a message.At 1pm Dmitry called and said he was in the area and said If I was available he could come right over, I told him that was fine and he showed up 15 minutes later. Dmitry was very courteous and friendly. My dryer was fixed within 25 minutes. He even vacuumed the inside where the motor is. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this business. AAA+
