I hired Buffalo's Cleaning Crew to help get my house ready to sell. The 3 workers did an amazing job. They were friendly, listened to direction well and worked hard. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company.

I get a thorough cleaning bi-weekly- so happy that I found them- Cassie’s crew is the best so ask for them! Cassie lets my two old dogs out for me and even left them a Valentines treat. Highly recommend!

@Cassie’s team… while all their names start with C, they are definitely the A team. The people who sold us our house unfortunately left it in filthy condition. These 3 ladies came in and worked their butts off for SEVEN hours to help us get the house in a better condition so that we finally feel comfortable to start unpacking. Highly recommend this crew!

Hired to do a move in clean for my daughter’s apartment. Emphasize that the windows were a priority. Crew of three showed up with a broken vacuum. It was replaced but had no nozzle. They didn’t bring a broom so they had to borrow one from us. After two hours the supervisor did a walk through and several things were pointed out- meanwhile the other two packed up and waited in the car. Then the supervisor didn’t check in again and left. After calling the company they said they were just going to lunch. So why pack everything up? After pointing out the windows were not clean and the floors were still dirty they quickly did some. They washed the floors with so much water it was a layer. The landlord had to come by and towel dry the floors. We all know you don’t saturate wood floors with water! A small damaged area had to be fixed by the landlord. After they left and I complained, the owner did come out and was surprised they didn’t have us sign off on a checklist. Showed him the dirty windows- pine needles I. The them and dirty. He came back himself to clean. Would not recommend this company. You hire a cleaning company because you don’t have time and expect them to do a better job then you.

Cassie's team was efficient and thorough in cleaning my home. I could NOT believe how clean it was when they were finished! They were courteous and professional-I will definitely continue to engage them for home

I called to ask for a quote for their junk removal services to get rid of an old piece of furniture. I was told to text them a picture and I did right away. 3 days later, I texted them to ask for an update since I didn't hear back. After I prompted them I finally got a quote, and it was a good price. We negotiated a date and time, but they never showed up. I tried calling them after they were an hour late, and again half an hour after that, and nothing. No updates or communication of any kind since then.

Maybe my job wasn't worth their time, but I'd prefer to be told that upfront.

Had the crew out for a one timer as I do not need regular cleaning. While I haven't always had the same crew I have always had the same results. As soon as I opened my door I could tell what I would have done was far surpassed. The floors had that shine, the air was fresh, and everything felt new again. I cant believe how my bathtub turned out but even more so I couldn't believe how clean my oven was! When I say it looked brand new I mean it. The owner fit us in to their busy schedule and we are so thankful. Forget the rest, call the BEST!

Cassie's team did a superb job cleaning my daughter's house. I could not believe how thorough they were! Her 3-person crew was pleasant, eager to please, and very talented at scrubbing away stains and dirt. They worked quickly but efficiently doing a deep, thorough cleaning for 3 hours. I couldn't be more pleased with their service!

We are preparing our house to be put on the market and needed professional help with cleaning that no one thinks about, or truly wants to really do on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. When Cassie and her team came they were fully loaded with everything needed to make this house sparkle.

After my mother-in-law died this January we hired Buffalo's Cleaning Crew to empty out and clean her apartment. Jeffrey Gerber returned my call immediately and came out the same day to give an estimate. They were responsive and communicative and did a great job. Cleaning out the furniture and household items took 2 days, and then Cassie and the cleaning crew left the apartment spotless. The rates were very reasonable for the quality of the service.
