Regraded and seeded my 90'x90' plot in the city of Buffalo. The land was a mess. There were previously 3 houses on the plot. They were all tore down and buried in the ground probably 20-30 years ago. These guys did a great job ripping off the top layer, replacing it with quality top soil and then seeding the area. They were one time and very professional. 3 years later, we have had zero problems and love our yard.

This is the only garden center you need to go to! Owner operated and the man is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. He takes the time to know ever customer and explain everything. Can't say it enough GOOD PLACE, GOOD PEOPLE!

We've been going here for about 10 years, especially for Christmas time get a nice tree wreath extra branches to keep in the car just for the smell, this place has all your Landscaping plus needs, you got to shop there to believe it.

This business is very much open and operating. I visited Mr. John Patrick today (May 2, 2023) and verified that operating hours are 9am-6pm Mon -Fri and 9am-4pm Sat & Sun. PLEASE CORRECT THEIR OPERATING HOURS AS ABOVE.

Female customer, myself, placed an order for 1 yard of garden mix and 4 yards of black mulch in June 2023. John, the owner, offered to mix the garden mix for me when we spoke on the telephone when placing the order. He told me he would arrive at my Grand Island, NY home between 7 and 7:30 pm. He arrived after 9 pm, he was going to deliver top soil mixed with mulch. John told me and my husband in our driveway (he didn’t think there was a man around) that if I would have asked when placing the order, he would have added peat moss to the dirt. My husband explained he was sitting next to me when I placed the order and John told his wife, me, he had garden mix and was going to add peat moss to it. My husband further explained that the mulch was supposed to be separated. John’s answer was “it’s all going to the same place is’t it?” It wasn’t, so I asked him to redeliver the proper Oder the next day, John said NO, returned my check to my hand and spun the tires on his dump truck when leaving. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TAKES ADVANTAGE OF FEMALE CUSTOMERS!!!! Do not use Patrick’s Garden Center for ANYTHING!! If I could rate a ZERO I would!!

I stopped in due to a sale on mums, but prices on a lot of things are reasonable. The owner was friendly also. I'd rather patronize a local business rather than a big box store any day.

Experienced staff, straight up answers. I will be purchasing material from this place again!
