Tree reviews in Oceanside, New York

We hired Ramalho tree pruning service for the first time for a very large, overgrown magnolia tree… The service was top notch… The team showed up with a cherry picker, chainsaws and hand pruners… They worked with us to get the desired shape of the tree, and the cleanup was perfect… Very highly recommend these guys

I was very pleased by the professionalism shown by the person who gave the estimate, he also arrived on time and got to work quickly and efficiently. As a result our yard looks well maintained largely due to the tree getting trimmed. I highly recommend this tree service.

Excellent Customer Service!!!! The Ramalho team is excellent at what they do! We had our Cherry Blossom tree and a few shrubs cleared from our property. Worked with both John and Sam and Rachael and it was a pleasurable experience all around. Their pricing was fair and the work was completed quickly and professionally. Very satisfied customer that will refer them in a heartbeat!

The crew came on time and went right to business. They worked hard and efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. They did a little extra than what was quoted for the same price. To top it off they had an extra helmet for my 6 year old son who watched them work. My son thought that was really cool! I would hire them again or recommend them to others. Great crew!

Very impressed and very happy with your service. I also can’t believe how fast you got our tree down!

Very professional service as well.

Will definitely pass your name on for recommendations to neighbors, friends and family.

Thank you again !!!

We were extremely happy with the service we received from Ramalho Tree Service. From the time they came to give us a quote to the completion of their work, they were professional and considerate. I received a message to let me know when they were on their way. They arrived on time. They took care while pruning so that the bucket truck did not damage any remaining tree limbs. They systematically trimmed, and if they had questions, they asked before cutting. After finishing the pruning, they ground up all the tree branches, raked up all the leaves together and left our property clean as if they were never there. I highly recommend your using Ramalho for your tree service needs.

If you need tree work done, this is the only company to use. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, skilled team. I had three large trees removed and some trim work. They were amazing to watch and when they left the yard was completely cleaned up.

Ramalho Tree Service just left after trimming assorted trees on my property. They were great to work with from the first phone call to Rachel to them showing up today to do the job. They have been in business a long time and it shows. John, Sam and crew did a quick clean job and did a great job. I will certainly use them again !

I can only describe Ramalho Tree Service’s work on my property as spectacular. John was on time for the initial estimate appointment to the minute. From there on our interactions only became more thorough and professional. Communications from Rachel and John kept me in the loop regarding the job start date which, by the way, started within minutes of the appointment made two weeks prior. That’s just remarkable. The Ramalho crew was equally remarkable. Three trees were overhanging a $5000.00 hot tub and one huge wild cherry tree, growing between my and my neighbor’s house, were expertly removed without damage to the hot tub or either of our homes. And I hate to admit it but the working areas were left cleaner than when they started.
In short, use Ramalho. You won’t find a more expert and professional tree company anywhere.
Thanks guys,
Joe Howard

We had Ramalho tree service take out 3 huge oak trees that were all hanging over our house. They were very professional and worked hard all day. This was a huge job but they showed up prepared and had everything cleared away before the end of the day. Most of all, we were very impressed by how carefully each giant piece of the trees were lowered down so as not to damage anything. I would highly recommend Ramalho to anyone needing tree work done.

Yesterday Ramalho crew removed my damaged front tree. It was a sad day but they were quick, efficient and neat. They even ground the roots and left everything clean. Their prices were good and I will recommend them to my friends

Absolutely amazing. They deserve 10 stars. Excellent work. Outstanding customer service and care. The tree that was removed was in a very difficult spot on our property. Extreme care was given to the approach of the tree. Every single detail was thought out prior to the tree removal. The team arrived with precision and complete control of the situation. I would definitely recommend Ramalho Tree Service.. I was very impressed with the entire process. They are absolutely the best.

Great service

Good Service over the years!!

Reliable great service! Very fair prices!

Insured, Reliable service with reasonable price. Highly recommended

The go to tree service in business forever. Removed 2 trees for me after sandy. Showed up on time very efficient takedown , stump removal and cleanup.

They work efficiently and safely, clean up nicely when they are done, and are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Trusted in the neighborhood for years.
(and their pricing is fair)

The pine tree on my property was in a tricky spot over the power line. These guys climbed the tree and trimmed the branches for me. Very nice guys. Thanks for getting it done!!!!!!!!!

Informed us our neighbor was having our tree branches cut over her property line while she wasn’t home. Then came into our backyard with chainsaws without asking for permission. Asked them to leave as we were trying to leave and refused.

Waiting on a call to schedule service. Supposed to call last week. Chalking it up to them being busy because of the mild winter we are having. Pricing seemed reasonable and the woman I spoke to on the phone was thorough and professional. Will see if they call back this week to schedule and update my review.
