Preston's Landscape Service just completed a renovation of our home landscape. It was a large project that took several days to complete -- converting mulched beds to landscape stone, adding new beds, creating a dry river bed for drainage, planting trees and shrubs, etc. etc. For such a large project, we felt that the price was reasonable. Aaron and his crew are very hard working and diligent. It was nice to know that the owner of the company was on the job overseeing the crew. Kudos to TJ and Carl. Always very pleased with the service provided! I bought a truck load of mulch last fall which was very well priced and a great quality product. They had me loaded up and ready to return to my project within minutes! The following week I purchased and had them deliver a truck load of stone to our house in the city of Rochester. (Couldn't justify the hassle of borrowing a trailer and trucking it myself for the small delivery fee!!!) The driver was able to maneuver our steep, narrow driveway and dump the stone exactly where I needed it while avoiding the power lines. Had that project wrapped up within a few hours later that evening and Aarons advice of the amount of stone needed for the area was spot on!! Very pleased with my experience overall!!

One significant and refreshing experience was when we called, someone (Jackie) always answered the phone, provided relevant answers to our questions and gave clear updates with regard to schedule progress. Beyond that, the crew showed up on time, pleasantly and professionally performed the work as quoted (two Ash trees, one Willow cut down and one Ash stump ground) and cleaned the yard meticulously by replacing divots, raking, and leaf blowing. Their attention to detail was thorough. The whole crew was choreographed as a cohesive and well oiled team, which suggested to us that Prestons must be a quality organization that cares about the welfare of their employees and takes steps to retain tenured and experienced teams. We very much appreciate this approach and absolutely would recommend their services, and we will be using their expertise again.

I recently hired Preston tree landscape to have four trees removed and I couldn’t be happier with results. They were professional, on time and did exactly what they promised.

Tree removal & stump grinding: Very good quality. Trees were removed quickly and efficiently. Workers were respectful of property and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Office staff promptly returned calls and crew arrived at scheduled time.

We contacted Preston's to have some trees in our backyard removed. Aaron promptly came out and gave us an estimate and shortly thereafter they came out to do the job. They were very professional and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company with prices that are competitive and a very hard-working and efficient crew.

We bought plenty of plants and mulch from Prestons. Quality products and friendly staff with great prices. We wanted a Japanese Cherry tree and decided to get it from Prestons. In the year we have had it the growth has been great, beautiful shape. They have become our go - to.

Tree removal started and completed today. Unbelievable. Fast with their crane. No damage to my lawn. Truly professionals. Best of all, the price was nearly half of our other estimate. I wish I had known about them sooner. Now YOU do. Do not hesitate. You will not be disappointed. Outstanding.

The have amazing, state-of-art, tree removal equipment. After numerous quotes from climbers and bucket trimmers, Aaron Preston Tree Service, took my nasty 100 ft. Cottonwood tree up and over the house avoiding destroying the backyard. Great personable hard working crew, nice cleanup and a very fair price.

We received 2 quotes and Preston's was on par with the other company for one tree removal, a trimming of an additional tree, and stump grinding. What pushed me to use Preston's was their customer service right out of the gate - just the process of calling to get a quote was simple and professional. When the day came to do the work, the crew showed up on time and were finished when they said they would be. They hauled away ALL the debris too and left our yard in great shape! I would highly recommend Preston's!!

I had driven by Preston's many times and finally stopped on my way home today. I was immediately greeted by the assistant manager who offered assistance and explained upcoming discounts. No pressure. I wandered 'just to look' and came home with 8 beautiful perennial plants!! The inventory is huge including shrubs and trees. I passed 2 others employees in my wanderings who both greeted me and offered help. It was a pleasant and profitable adventure! ! The young woman who checked me out offered her assistance in loading my vehicle. I enjoyed chatting with her about camping !

Preston’s tree service did a wonderful job removing over twenty tress off of my property. Recently . Very happy with the work they did . This is the second time I’ve used Preston’s . They’re truly experts in tree removal you will not be disappointed.

This is my 1st time leaving a review of someone. That is how impressed I am. They were on time, professional, awesome job, great clean up. And boy, do they know how to handle that claw! It was fascinating to watch the whole process. They removed a 60 year old pin oak from my backyard. Limb by limb, right up and over my house. Also took some limbs off my neighbor's trees that were hanging over my house. I will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent company. We had a huge ash tree removed in our backyard. They were extremely careful, neat and professional. The work was done in only a few hours, and they left everything extremely neat and clean on the property. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.

We called around to multiple places for mulch and Preston's had the best price for what we wanted. The receptionist on the phone was very polite and helped us with everything that we needed. The gentleman that delivered it it was very nice and put it exactly where we wanted it

Preston’s did an incredible job removing two trees from my yard. The crew was professional, efficient, and extremely careful. A great company to work with and will absolutely be using them again.

I ordered 6 yrds of black mulch. The mulch was high quality, and the help was friendly, swift, and professional. I will be scheduling more deliveries in this area because of this companies quality.
