I wanna start by stating I own multiple properties in the greater rochester area and have worked with many contractors from construction to landscapers. That being said, my experience with Preston Tree and Landscape bar none was an A plus experience. Their employees from Jamie at reception, to their laborers in the field were professional, hard working and friendly.

They performed the impossible at one of my properties in the city of Rochester in August of 2023 utilizing state of the art crane equipment at the best price around. I am grateful for their hard work at a great price, a rarity in today's day and age in the service industry. It goes without saying, I will continue to use them and recommend them first and foremost for tree and landscape projects. Keep up the hard work!!

Very pleased with the this company. I had a poor experience with Home Depot and it’s delivery service so I started looking around for wood pellets elsewhere. I went to Preston’s because I like to support local business because the people care about service. This place stood out as a well run family operation with good communication. Pricing was same as Home Depot but with a better product. I purchase pellets and delivery was very reasonable. The sales guy was concerned about my lawn with all the rain we had and delivered around the weather. Delivery went well and they did a great job making sure my lawn wasn’t damaged. Couldn’t be happier. I will be back.

Preston’s was great and easy to work with. From the estimator to the removal, to the landscaper. The guys came right on time, cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant and professional. We also felt that their price was fair and super reasonable. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal!

I've used Preston's for 4 years now from mulch, stone and many trees. Their customer service is excellent. They are very knowledgeable on selections and products. I had two trees taken down. Preston's estimate was very good come pared to others. Not only that they have a payment plain that in my case was very helpful. Next time I need work done I'll talk to them first. The crew were very nice to deal with and Jamie at the office was a pleasure to work with. Good job everyone!

The estimates came in extremely fair! Jamie in the office was always helpful and the crew was fantastic! We had a huge job, the trees were cut down, trimmed up and taken away. You wouldn’t even know they had been here if it weren’t for the stumps and the man glitter! They left the yard unbelievably clean! We were so impressed with the fantastic job, we will definitely call them again and they will receive our highest recommendation!

Preston’s Tree Service provided EXCELLENT service at both my home and also my daughter’s. They trimmed the trees so that none were over the shingles of our homes and also cleared the branches from touching any wires at my daughter’s home. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working. Did an awesome job cleaning up. Would highly recommend them!!!

These guys know what they're doing. We had a bunch of dead trees on our property line. They were very professional and listened to concerns we had about our neighbor's property. They did a really great job. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them!!

We had a lot of dead trees on our property that we were concerned about damaging our fence during the many wind storms we have here. Preston tree removal service did an incredible job removing the trees and grinding the stumps down for us. Their work was efficient, very professional and we are so pleased with the result. We had a tree taken down on our property last September 2024 by Preston’s tree and landscape Service. They did a wonderful job. The guys were neat and accommodating to our yard. They cleaned up the mess from the tree and left little to no damage to our yard. They stacked the big logs in a neat pile for my husband to split and cut up the very big ones per our request. When they were done it hardly looked like there was a tree cut down. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and seemed to go out of their way to accommodate. I had trees removed and stump grinding done. They were able to complete the job in a timely manner. I wasn't home at the time they were working at my home, but my neighbors remarked how hard working they were. Prices are good too!!!

Preston tree removal service did a fantastic job removing several trees and grinding the stumps. I was scheduled for the tree removal for the middle of September. The giant silver maple in my backyard, had a limb come down in my neighbor's yard. I called Jamie on that Thursday 8/17 at 7:30 and she was able to get the crews at my property on Monday 8/21. The crew did a fantastic job. The team and the crane , skid loaders and the trucks arrived they started around 8 am . They worked nonstop, there was a lot of work especially for that silver maple. I recently hired Preston’s tree and Landscape Business to remove two large trees and was impressed with their service from start to finish.

The estimator arrived on time, gave a fair and detailed quote, and answered all my questions patiently.

On the day of the removal, the crew showed up on time, were polite and explained the job. Their equipment was able to navigate in tight spaces and removed the trees safely and error free with no disruptions to my pool and surrounding plants.
