Scot did an excellent job pointing out problems with my shrubs up front.

Inco distance of service. Three times had to redo work due to not fully doing the property. Most employees are great but have had bad ones. Unlikely to co time service due to this and failure of leadership to co tact me as requested. Same prices elsewhere maybe better service so I hop..

I have been using Trugreen for many years between two homes I’ve owned. I trust that they know what they’re doing and my lawns have always been well kept. I would highly recommend.

I do like the communication via texts and phone calls, but this is the 2nd time this year that they burned several spots in my lawn due to over spraying in a small area.

Bad experience : 2 services were completed with not much difference to the lawn. Overseeding was done with not much difference again but broke the neighbors fiber. For the Last service wanted to reschedule but was told that customer does not have any control on scheduling and the branch will decide, customer can only choose a week but that also is not guaranteed. Got fed up and cancelled the account, which they were happy to disconnect immediately. After last review Donna called and confirmed that customer does have the choice to schedule and confirmed the appointment for 25th April and as the reputation, no one showed up. Tried calling the automated line and it always have 45 mins to 1 hour hold. Double frustrated !!

No ideas about the work they do however when you call one time they will spam call you back over and over again from different numbers. You ask them to remove your number from the call log and they still call back I had 10 calls in 8 hours while at work

Great job and very friendly. They take the time to answer any questions or concerns. After just 3 applications ì can already see great results. Highly recommended 👌

would not recommend... the normal route applicator stated he would be ok spraying my backyard with weed control (its stone, no grass) TruGreen generally does not do this, but took the liberty of putting me on a recorded line to get my approval and waive liability of the company to do the service.

At the 1st application, the driver tells me that there is a note on my account to NOT TOUCH the backyard. Only reason i was going to have the yard service done is to get my backyard sprayed.

Very poor services ! Weeds are more prevent now than ever before . 4th application , repeat applications and 0 results. Crab grass everywhere, they missed back yard twice. Burnt lawn. Large bare spots that I never had before. Then 1st week August they went to my parents did areation and overseed it was 95 degrees. Those service are to be done in october. Local company lost control. they are not monitering what their employees are not doing and what the are doing incorrectly. Never again! This was their 2nd chance as they promised me the world in March.

Don't use them! Issue after issue!
Treating neighbors property, putting up treatment signs 20+feet past the property line onto neighbors property. Not filling out the signs with date and time for a 97 year old homeowner. Trugreen told them to walk through the chemicals that were just applied and fill them out herself.

Trugreen wouldn't return to the job to clarify where was treated and to fill out signs.

Technician was extremely personalable and explained everything on what to do after service. He did great job I am extremely pleased

TruGreen saved my ornamental trees from a certain death! Nothing available from a big box store was working.

Young man was very good. Just want to make sure that had the signature and what was my Need for The lawn

Having a beautiful lawn concerns me a lot. I want my grass to be strong, healthy, and green with no weeds. I believe this can be done with TruGreen.

My husband called TruGreen months in advance to fertilize our grass in the spring, because our dogs trampled it all winter. He spent hours fencing off the area to be fertilized and spreading grass seed prior to the day they were scheduled to arrive. The did come at the scheduled time, but we could see on our cameras that they DID NOT EVEN ENTER THE YARD!! The technician looked into the yard, walked around the garage to see the other side, and 7 minutes later put a tag on the door that the service was complete! We are appalled!!! We paid $400.00, and had it not been for our cameras, it would have been for LITERALLY NOTHING!!

I spoke with Bob about the aeration and several areas to avoid, due to the cable line. We discussed the effect of the dry summer, pointing out areas of brown dormant/dying grass. The aeration process should help, as will the seeding of grass during that process. Bob did a thorough job and i look forward to Nature doing their part to help the yard recover from the summer conditions.

I met the tech and he took the time to tell me what he was doing. Water treatment,seed he use and recommend. Very polite and knowledgeable
