Daisy Hernandez is a most competent TECHNICIAN for Tru Green. She took it upon herself to contact JOSHUA ALBERT who is a TRU GREEN expert regarding my property the best ,before she came to do my service. Daisy,Josh,and Tru Green is nothing but the best for my property.

Joshua did a great job today. My first visit, and last visit was horrible. First visit 30 % of my lawn was missed. We had white stripes of clover in the lawn where they missed treating it. I called and they said would be back to fix it right away. They never came. Lets see what this second treatment looks like.....

I'm so dissatisfied with Trugreen. I had a healthy green lawn with a few weeds so I contracted with Trugreen for their seasonal package that included weed treatment, Spring summer and fall treatments for fertilizer. I saw no improvement with the amount of weeds in my lawn. I contacted them and they came out and reapplied weed treatment. This still made a little difference. As summer went on my lawn became thin and started developing bare spots. I called and told them about the situation since they had never even mentioned it on what is supposed to be their evaluation every time they did an application. I was told they would make some changes but more bare spots appeared and thinning continued. When I contacted them at the end of the season to give them an evaluation of their services, the rep tried to sell me more services. I told him I was not interested and wouldn't be using them again. No apologies for my dissatisfaction. However, he did manage to tell me that I didn't know what I was talking about and then hung up on me. This spring my lawn is overrun with moss in the many bare spots I now have.

Thank you Trugreen for for your incompetence, rude reps, and ruining my lawn.

Still No Dandelions or Weeds !! Awesome Service!! No I see why my grandparents used it while they were still alive... I bought their house after they passed and i did continue to receive service until I notified them of their passing...
A few years later, I finally decided to get this service. And boy, I'm glad I did..

Our lawn was riddled with dandelions. So many as later in the day, my yard looked yellow and not green anymore.
Trugreen guy sprayed, and the next day, dandelions were all hanging over, showing me their starting to die.

Great Service! I didn’t need to call to start my service this spring. Scott came and talked with me about what he would be fertilizing. Scott was professional, conscientious, thorough and friendly.
We use TruGreen every year to take care of our shrubs.

From scheduling to service, TruGreen has been fantastic! The technicians explain everything, answer questions, and take pride in their work. My lawn has never looked better!

Avoid TruGreen at all costs.

Our lawn had been meticulously maintained throughout the summer until TruGreen performed aeration during a rainstorm. Operating heavy equipment in those conditions left deep ruts and caused significant damage to our yard. Within days, large areas began browning from the tearing caused by their poor judgment. Additionally we believe overseeding had not taken place, as there was no evidence of new grass seeding present.

When we attempted to resolve the issue, TruGreen’s customer service process made matters worse. Speaking with anyone beyond a call center proved nearly impossible. On multiple occasions, we were told that someone would follow up with us, but no one ever did. Every interaction led to excuses rather than accountability.

Ultimately, TruGreen allowed us to cancel our contract, but by that point, we had completely lost faith in their ability to correct the damage or deliver quality service.

Our Tru Green team is focused and passionate about lawn care. Our yard- the entirety of our yard is thick, soft, lacking any weed, - Tru green is passionate about lawn treatment - I would recommend Tru green over all

Highly recommended for tree trimming and removal.

Called a couple of weeks ago for an estimate and nobody showed up, not even a return phone call.

They did an incredible job, very hard working. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely have them back.

You can't do any better than this company. Prompt, curteous and economical. They do everything right.

Two large limbs of our extremely large ash tree (30 yrs old) broke off during the extremely high winds on 11/15/2020, landing in our neighbors yard, breaking two panels of their fence. Branch Managers came out the next morning, 11/16 with an very reasonable estimate to remove the broken limbs, take down the remainder of the damage tree, getting rid of all wood. They knew our concerns about getting the tree off our neighbors property and did the job that same day. We were so impressed at how efficient they were getting this job dome. They also raked and cleaned up all debris from both yards. What a hard working, concencious crew. We definitely recommend Branch Managers.

my fiancée and i got 3 different quotes for tree removal, and branch managers was by far the most reasonable. they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. we were really happy with them and would recommend to anyone looking to have trees and/or stumps removed!

Eric Schneckenberger was very responsive to my emergency situation and provided excellent service for a fair price. I appreciate the experience he and his crew had in removing a tree suspended over my neighbor’s fence!

These guys are the best in the area! I had a massive oak tree very close to my house that needed to come down. After multiple estimates i chose to use Schnek’s Tree Removal to do the job for multiple reasons. 1. They gave me a very reasonable price considering they are a legit operation not just a random Joe with a saw.
2. Eric has many years of experience which made me feel comfortable that his crew was going to get the job done right.
3. They were flexible with scheduling the project.
4. They had the proper equipment to drop the tree safely.

I could not have been happier with my decision! The tree was dropped safely with no property damage sustained. I will definitely be using these guys again!!
