I wish I could give negative stars!
I called Vastola since my heater that I recently had installed from them two years ago (I have a twenty year warranty) was apparently not working. My house wasn’t heating up correctly so I called for a technician to come and check it out. After showing up 50 minutes late after our scheduled window, the technician worked for about 10 minutes after which my daughter figured and solved the issue about a loose screw in our thermostat. I was then charged $190.03 dollars for absolutely nothing. The technician even joked about it to my face after which he gave me the bill. I complained asking why the high price since it was just a loose screw which he responded to saying “What do you think? How else could I make money?” The technician, Salvatore Modica, was completely wrong and rude. I urgently advise anyone to steer away from Vastola. This experience was completely unprofessional and wasn’t the only unprofessional experience I’ve had from Vastola. Again I urgently advise anyone who wants to do business with them to steer away.

Vastola Heating installed my Carrier 3 ton AC unit today. Very happy with installation. My installers were Joe and Dillan. They were very professional and very neat with the installation. Made sure that everything worked properly and double checked all the readings. I could not be more pleased with the job they did. The owner Dan was very easy to work with and gave me a more than fair price on the unit. I will be recommending Vastola to as many people as I can. Job Well Done.
