Vastola Heating installed my Carrier 3 ton AC unit today. Very happy with installation. My installers were Joe and Dillan. They were very professional and very neat with the installation. Made sure that everything worked properly and double checked all the readings. I could not be more pleased with the job they did. The owner Dan was very easy to work with and gave me a more than fair price on the unit. I will be recommending Vastola to as many people as I can. Job Well Done.

Very Happy with the installation of central air installed from Vastola. Charles Schalberg (Energy Consultant) Did a great job to assess the situation for the installation to be done with all cost too. Matt and Eli service tech did a excellent job as well. They also addressed and corrected my heating issues that been a problem for years under my addition to my home. Very professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up and removed all debris. Thank you

My Dad’s air conditioner died and they were right out the same day to get it running and then installed his new one within the week! Highly recommend!

Vastola tech came, on time, for scheduled HVAC maintenance. Spent a lot of time cleaning the air conditioner and changing furnace filters and giving all the once over. Feel great that we are all set for warm or cold weather!

We get our furnace inspected and a filter change every year. I was especially pleased with James who did the work this year. He was very thorough with the inspection, even going outside to check the pipe. He made suggestions and even wiped off the furnace (it was a little dusty)! Very smart guy. He is an asset to your company.

John and Chris were professional, easy to work with and did an outstanding job replacing my furnace and AC system. There communication was clear, did an excellent job and the cleanup was perfect. Vastola is the Best….

I was very happy with the general maintenance call. The technician contacted me when on his way. He was polite and concerned about maintaining cleanliness on the floors and work area. He explained what work he performed and completed it in timely manner. He made sure I received my receipt and checked to be sure I didn't have any questions about the work.

Superior customer service- Fast response, both by text and phone, and I got to speak with real people. They worked with Lennox to get coverage for a failed condenser, and replaced it at no additional expense to me. Service well beyond my expectation.

Every time I have an issue with my heating system, this company goes above and beyond to resolve it. My setup is extremely complex, combining high-velocity air conditioning with in-floor heating throughout my home, and I know that troubleshooting and maintaining a system like this isn’t easy. But no matter the challenge, they never give up.

What I appreciate most is their dedication and problem-solving mindset. They work tirelessly to find solutions, always keeping me informed and open to discussions about the intricacies of my system. Their persistence and professionalism give me confidence that I’m in good hands.

Vastola does a great job every visit. This time, amazing technician Sal Modica, who has serviced our boiler in the past, repaired our air conditioner. He not only used normal refrigeration tools like pressure gauges and leak tracers, but even borrowed my spade and shovel to ensure the unit continues to operate. Thanks to Sal who follows in the expert footsteps of Duff and Kevin before him.

James came out for yearly service on my heat pump and Furnace. He was on time. He was professional and explained what he was doing. He answered all my questions, especially about the new thermostat. He did routine maintenance and was finished in about an hour. He also explained that this service is guaranteed for one month.

I highly recommend Vastola and especially their Tech Donny who did service on my back-up generator. He was as nice as can be, told me everything he did, and showed me the test when it was all done. He did great and the price was very fair. Harv. Long time customer.

Vastola installed my backup whole house generator and did an awesome job. All of their employees from the generator installers to their electricians were knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will absolutely use them again for any HVAC work needed.

I love Miss D in services she was so amazing and made it happen. Larry was very educational and taught me a lot about my equipment. If you need services for your heating and cooling systems they are the go to. You will not be disappointed

Every aspect of my furnace and air conditioning service was top notch. James was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and even showed me some easy and quick tips for routine maintenance. Highly recommend!!!

My AC went out during a particularly hot period. When I called VASTOLA after hours, John got back to me very quickly. I decided to wait until the next day. Rae in the office had John come out in 24 hours despite it being a very busy time for them with the extreme heat. He was great and had it fixed very quickly. I highly recommend them!
