I’ve been using Maritza Housecleaning for 10-plus years. Maritza and her entire team are terrific. They take pride in their work, and Maritza is always willing to help with additional cleaning services as needed. Beyond the excellent work Maritza and team are always pleasant and accommodating. I’m only too happy to recommend her services.

Maritza and her team have been cleaning our home for a decade, if not more. She is incredibly professional and her service is the best you will find in Westchester. She is incredibly detailed and does little extras, like the way she fluffs pillows, leaves the toilet paper ends folded, puts paper towel on your medicine cabinet shelves, pulls out the refrigerator and wipes down the outside sides, etc. She is incredible and our wood floors never shine brighter than when she leaves.

Maritza is AMAZING! She takes every measure to make sure that she has done the best job and that the customer is always happy. She is very thorough, respectful, considerate, responsible and professional. I have a dog who sheds and after Maritza and her team leave there is not one hair to be found, I am always amazed! They cover every inch of space. I highly recommend Maritza and her team! You will not be disappointed.

Maritza, her cleaning fairies and her husband Alvaro have worked with me for the last five years almost. She and her entire crew are my family here in NYC. When I was forced to move to my present apartment due to flooding in the other place, Maritza and Alvaro brought their entire Ecuador village : movers. Electricians, carpenters and of course woman power.

My massive collection of books, rugs, and trunks full of articats as I’m a collector of textiles. Alvaro was the perfect manager directing the humongous project as I have three households in one: my Pakistan household, the Austin Texas one and now NYC. I would be terrified looking at my belongings but Maritza did it.
I admire Maritza’s intelligence, courage and entrepreneurship. She takes pride in her work and the team is impeccably honest. Her rates are very reasonable as are Alvaro’s charges. Both Maritza and Alvaro compliment each other: they’re both very artistic and excellent organizers. Between husband and wife, they could easily run a moving-storage company.

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They care for my home as if it’s their own. Beautiful decor details is an added touch (see pic of curtails pulled back nicely to let sun in, and handkerchief flower in vase). Everything is clean, shiny, and in order when they are done. They were able to remove bathroom grime that had been stuck for years. They even advise me where to find better deals for cleaning materials. Humble, kind people. Highly recommend!

Oscar and his team were great and not only did a fantastic job cleaning my house after a renovation, but were flexible when I needed to push the cleaning date a few days at the last minute.
