Oscar responds quickly to all communication and is very flexible when I need to cancel a cleaning. His staff does a wonderful job. Oscar’s always does a great job on our home. They are gracious about special requests (clean one part of the house first)and do it every week without reminder. My house always looks immaculate. I have been benefitting from Oscar's House Cleaning Service since late in the pandemic. I had had the same cleaning lady for years but she was retiring. My daughter highly recommended Oscar and I arranged an appointment with him after speaking with him on the phone. My husband and I were very impressed as he surveyed our home with us, took down our requests, and made appropriate recommendations of his own. I was initially hesitant to have 3 people cleaning my small house at once.
I can honestly say that we have been very very pleased with 1) the highly professional manner by which Oscar runs his company and 2) the caliber of the ladies who clean. Oscar is totally responsive whenever we have a question or new or special task we'd like done. And the ladies are always pleasant, friendly and do an excellent job. We love how they add special touches, for example, arranging the pillows on our sofa. The one with our grandaughters picture on it is always front and center with a small stuffed bear next to it. These personal touches, in addition to their excellent cleaning, make our experience really special. I can't imagine a cleaning company run more responsibly , and always with a personal touch. We wholeheartedly recommend Oscar's Cleaning Service.

They are quick, but take the time to do nice things like organizing all of my kids’ stuffed animals on their beds (which they are always excited to see). Over the many years, we’ve seen very few rate changes, and typically were tied to us asking for additional services. Would highly recommend!
