Used This company for the first time in May. They found a birds nest in my vent 😳 After removing and cleaning, I invested in the bird guard. Lol. Fast forward to November….when I saw a folded up piece of paper in the bird guard that must have been in our clothes and they came a removed it for free!! Very nice of them!

As usual it was a pleasure dealing with Nate Greenberg dryer vent cleaning. The worker came shortly after the time window started & did a thorough job. The woman who handles the calls is also very pleasant.

I ran late for my appointment and they could not have been nicer. The woman on the phone told me not to rush and the technician waited for me without my even asking. It was totally my fault and it messed up their Friday afternoon and they were lovely. They completed the task quickly and professionally. Thank you!
