Having moved to our home recently, we found the cloths dryer was not working properly. We asked neighbors who recommended Advanced Dryer Vent Cleaning. We called Nate Greenberg, who owned the business with his son, and they were very friendly and informative when making an appointment.
KC arrived and went up on the roof and vacuumed out the dryer vent, that was in desperate need of a cleaning. KC not only cleaned the vent and roof area, but quickly cleaned up everything that came down from the roof. So, KC did an excellent job. Thank you.

Highly recommend this company! They came the day after I called them during the time window they told me. Our serviceman, Casey, did an excellent and quick job getting everything fixed for us at very fair rate. He was so nice and we will definitely call again in the future!

Absolutely terrible tree company,

They came for service in my property and, left the tree stumps with the mess they made, because my neighbor told them he will pick up the stomps. Mind you, they never asked me before making a decision if it’s ok.

Turns out my lovely neighbor never picked up the stomps. For two weeks I went back and forth with them to come back and remove the mess they left. When they finally came, they picked up the stomps but left all the wood ship mess all over the grass.

Lastly, they took off without giving me an opportunity to tell them about the mess. I highly recommend you do some more research and, look into a better company...

I have been a customer of D&D for years, before you read this don't get me wrong, their work was always been top shelf. This being said I had a small job that I needed a quote on and 3 calls later no response at all. I will have more work coming up but will now look elsewhere. I have recommended D&D to everyone but this last experience has left me baffled and reluctant to call again or recommend.

The crew is on point. They showed up on time. They got right to work. They took in to account all the necessary steps to ensure the safety of me, (the customer) and their crew. Work was finished to completeness and they left my yard cleaner than what they found it. Would highly recommend this company.

I dont normally write bad reviews, you have to really annoy me but here goes. I was scheduled 2x for a quote for tree removal. The first time valid reason for not showing up. Second time two weeks later, no show, no call. When I called an hour and a half later to see if the guy was comingto I was told "i dont know" I would get a call back. A few hours later I called again and was told "I don't know what going on today, what's your number and I'll call you back in 10 minutes" that was about two weeks ago. I called again the following Monday (it was a friday) and left a voicemail asking for a call back and never received one. I can't speak on their actual tree service because I wouldn't know. Contacted another company and trees are cut down now. Customer service is horrendous at best.

First a bit a history, I don't like change, if it aint broken dont fix it AND I dont remove trees UNLESS they are dead. So.. Chris from D & D had a conversation with my husband about HIS wishes of new evergreens, removal of an old tree ect.. THEN I had a conversation with the same Chris. Here is what Chris has that others don't, "He listened". Made suggestions of moving the old tree to another location, He suggested we move a very special tree that my son gave us to another location to allow its growth. He allowed input and gave his professional opinion. Then, the miracle team arrived .. I went to work... Returned to find the most beautiful evergreens in place, my "OLD" tree transplanted. The D & D gentle giants, moved my trees around like moving companies move furniture. You can be sure we will call again.

Steve, Annette and the team at D&D have been incredible to work with over the years. When we first called them in 2016, they were enthusiastic to talk about all the projects we wanted to do and were understanding of the need to stretch things out over multiple years to help defer costs. Every time Steve shows up, he does a great job of listening to needs and wants while also making great suggestions and recommendations. Steve is open and honest about what can be done and what maybe should not be done. When the team shows up to do the work, they communicate well and are clear about any obstacles. Every time the team finishes, I’m stunned at how much better things look around our property and our expectations are always exceeded. We’ve found even more projects to do over the years, because of the quality of work from D&D.

Professional competent and experienced. Two significant projects were completed with perfection. Looking forward to them returning to complete the last project.
