The white glove service that ADK provides is making an impact! Just had a customer tell me the restrooms smell and look pristine and the ADK sticker on the toilet paper roll reassured them that it was properly cleaned. Great service!!! After I called I took pictures of my gutters and texted them as requested. Within 1/2 an hour I received an estimate and the gutters were cleaned the next day. That week they drove to Canandaigua to look at our summer home and got that cleaned up within a couple days. Very responsive and nice guys.

I have hired multiple different window cleaning services in the Rochester area over the past few decades most were fine but these guys did the best job so far of any of the companies. I literally had a few birds crashing into the windows following these guys cleaning them, the windows were spotless. (don't want any birds hurt but my windows and gutters are spotless)

Chris and his team knocked it out of the park! At the completion of a large residential project, there were some hydraulic oil stains on the customer's concrete paver driveway. After failed attempts to remove them myself, I decided to hire Penfield Window cleaning to power wash the driveway. The response timing and results were impeccable.
