The associates from Penfield Window Cleaning did a very good job cleaning our exterior windows and clearing out our church's gutters. The outside of the windows sparkled the gutters were nicely cleaned out. The workers that came were on time and worked efficiently. We would highly recommend them.

Great customer service! I recommend Chris and his cleaning team for the fine job they did power washing our house siding and concrete sidewalk. I was unsatisfied initially with an old stain on the sidewalk that did not clean off - Chris was back the next morning and took care of it completely. Can’t ask for better, more responsive service than that!

My gutters were so full it looked like I was starting a rooftop garden. They were able to get here within a few hours and did a great job. They are friendly, fast and have good rates. I plan to have them come back for a fall cleanup. Thank you Penfield Window Cleaning Crew!

Penfield Window Cleaning is by far the best window cleaning service in Rochester, NY. We have had other companies clean our windows and in my opinion they are the best. The crew were very professional and courteous. They cleaned the gutters on our house and two barns within 2 hours and they made sure there was no residual leaves and debris to clean up afterwards. They did a great job on our farm.

What can I say about Penfield Window Cleaning? Not Enough! I just had the team power wash my house and clean the windows (inside and out)- Absolutely FANTASTIC Work! They were able to fit me in on short notice and did an exceptional job on everything. My windows and gutters were in rough shape before but looked brand new afterwards. They gave me a quote that was far better than the two others I received and didn’t try to pressure me into any services that I didn’t request or need. Great service. Actually spoke to someone on my first call - gave the pricing up front and fit my gutters in the same day. Offered a fair price, awesome especially given ice in the gutters and not the best weather. Also they know what they are doing, offered pointers on upkeep. Very happy with the job.

Quick response and from the owner directly, which I did not expect from a company this size! I can't say enough positive things about these guys. The crew was professional, courteous, worked fast, and Chris, the owner, even gave me a new, high-end hose nozzle for free as I unfortunately could not find mine that was from the 70's and made of solid brass which I was talking to him about :( My house looks great - They got everything off of my deck and the windows are spotless inside and out!

I highly recommend Penfield Window Cleaning! They are skilled and very professional and get your job done! I received a quote within a day of requesting one and my exterior windows were completely washed three days later. All fifty-five of them! The crew was very efficient, thorough, and nice. Asked specific questions about certain windows. This company also cleans chandeliers which was an added bonus since we were able to have ours done. The windows look amazing! So happy to have them done and by a wonderful company.

I've used this company twice so far for gutter cleaning. My gutters were in horrible condition and way overdue for cleaning. They came out within a couple of days of me calling and did an amazing job! Will continue using them in the future. Very happy with the service!
