This company contracts out to cleaners who in turn, hire out cleaners. We've had multiple groups come through our office and we have no idea who they are or what they do.

Just received a call from this company. When I asked what it was regarding or if it was a sales call I was told no. When in reality it was. Instead of respecting my position of being happy with my current cleaning arrangements, she lied and accused me of being rude to her. Not how you’d expect a professional cleaning service to behave. No Thank You.

JAN-PRO is very responsive. They care about quality and ensure customers are recieving the services they expect.

Our association uses JAN-PRO to clean our offices. They are VERY professional. At the end of the day - you get what you pay for.

Hired them to clean our office recently. Cleaning is fair, certainly not what was promised, but pricing is good. Employee that was cleaning our office brought a helper who has been slowly stealing things from our office including company check stock - (update) Owner addressed it very professionally and urgently...most items were returned and we are going to give the company another chance.

Best cleaning service we’ve ever had and we’ve had them all. Timely, responsive, reasonable, and nice. Never going to another cleaning company. We found our HG of the cleaning companies.

Worst cleaning company ever!!! Do not go with them. We hired them to clean our brewery and I had to go behind and re-do all the sweeping and mopping they all ready did. The manager said “I guess we can’t live up to your expectations”. The regional manager called and tried apologizing for his minions. What a joke. Save your money and time and skip right by them as they don’t care about their business, only collecting their money.

Having owned my own business for almost 25 years, I have often played the "finding a good cleaner" game. More often then not, the cleaners start out adequate, then drop off over several months to the point where you have to start the search again.
