I had previously used Grime Guys ..but completely unreliable.. quality of lights not good.. and never came back to take lights down at end of season.. Steve and his guys helped me out and took lights down..they are honest .. reliable and great people to work with.. the lights look great and I will be using Steve and Pineda Property for my landscaping in the spring

The communication is outstanding as to when they will come to install and remove lights. If you have a problem they respond quickly. If you want truly professional quality work then use Pineda. Pineda was very thorough in their work and follow-up efforts to ensure I was satisfied. The grass seed that was used is up and will provide an overall better look to some problem areas I was having. The other work and clean up was on point. Thank you again guys.

Hired Pineda to completely redo multiple flower beds in my yard and was blown away by the results. They were able to remove tons of rocks, weeds, and unwanted plants from the beds, and replaced them with 3 holly bushes and some beautiful black mulch. The difference is night and day. They were able to complete all of this high quality work in one day, all for a very fair price. Highly recommend for anything needing landscaping done!

One of the very best additions to our holiday traditions is our Christmas exterior lighting installed and taken down by these fabulous elves! Best part they store the lights in the off season! Best decision EVER!!!!
