Irrigation Tech has serviced our home Irrigation system for the past 4 years. All of their employees, from office personnel (who handle scheduling and billing), and field personnel (who handle spring startups, fall winterizing and repairs) are very polite, professional and competent. We have a 20-year-old or so system installed by Irrigation Tech and have been very happy with it. In late Summer, it seemed to develop a tiny but steady leak somewhere in an underground line that always has water in it during watering season. I called for help and they scheduled a service tech to come out to our house in reasonable time. Once there, Tim did a masterful job of first finding and then fixing the leak. And hard to believe, all without disturbing much of our lawn. It's only been a week since Tim puzzled back together the pieces of lawn he had to dig out and you really can't tell there was any digging. And more importantly, the fix was successful too. Our thanks to Tim!

Irrigation Tech has been responsive to the need to reroute irrigation lines in order to prevent them being cut during upcoming construction. In fact they did it twice. They also came out to mark where the lines are. Overall Irrigation Tech has provided excellent customer service and an outstanding design.

Irrigation Tech is the best in the Rochester area. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, timely and keeps our system up and operational. My system was installed 20 years ago and the wires in a couple of zones broke and rendered the zones inoperable. They changed the controller to one that operates wirelessly and with wires. When the wired zones fail, I can switch that zone to operate wirelessly. A real inventive solution that saved me a ton of work and money. I now operate my entire system from my phone!! Pure genius. If you are using someone else and have issues, I would suggest giving Irrigation Tech a call

I don't write reviews often but Irrigation Tech has been absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. We had our system installed at the end of last season and from the beginning, the entire team was communicative, knowledgable, and very courteous. The install team that came out was just as much of a pleasure to work with. They thoroughly explained the scope of work being done, performed top-tier installation work, and explained the use of the system with patience and ensured I understood everything. I haven't had a single issue with the system and it made a world of difference with our lawn throughout this summer.

Additionally, they've performed our shut-off and turn-on work with the same level of quality. I've also called or emailed a couple times with random questions and they've been very responsive and kind. I asked them to come out and provide a map of the waterlines so I knew where to avoid when staking lawn decorations, tents, etc., and they quickly dispatched Joe (who was also one of the install techs) who was such a pleasure to work with. He took his time and walked the yard with me, showed where the lines are and provided a detailed map.

This is the company to use for quality work and consistent ongoing service!!

This company hires the best techs and provides great service. They did an excellent job of dealing with some tricky control problems that were not of their making. I highly recommend them for installation and follow on maintenance.

Jake has been my technician, and I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and helpful he has been over the years. Irrigation Tech added on to my system when I changed my landscaping and did it with no mess to my property. I also had them upgrade my system to be able to control everything on my phone, a tremendous improvement! We have been using Irrigation Tech for a number of years, & are very satisfied with their service. Fortunately we have only had to use them for turn ons & shut offs. With the exception of one time when I had completely screwed up the timers. They were understanding & fixed the problem caused by me immediately .
