Jan-Pro has provided us a professional weekly cleaning for our business. They meet expectations and if something is missed, they are quick to make it right.

I have been using Jan-Pro for over 5 years. They do a fantastic job. My only issue is that they seem to miss cobwebs, which really bothers me. That is the only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars.

They do a great job with cleaning our building and any issues I have they resolve quickly and efficiently.

JAN-PRO reached out to me about providing a free estimate for cleaning services at one of our business locations. I set up a walk through with one of their representatives, showed them around the building, and let them know what we were currently paying for cleaning services. It's been 3 months now and I still haven't received my free estimate. JAN-PRO will not return my emails. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I cannot recommend Pineda enough. This is the 3rd year in a row we have used them for our clean up and landscaping. They are very easy to communicate with and get in touch with. They actually reached out to me this year to get scheduled which was convenient and helpful. They’re also Very friendly and accommodating. The end result is always superb as well. Very pleased!

We added three new flower beds to our backyard this spring. The design was beautiful, just the right amount of color. The crew worked very hard digging and preparing the beds. When they were done, they did a great job of cleaning up. From start to finish it was a very professional job.

Finally an honest & worthy company! Pete & Steve were both very pleasant & professional from the initial contact all the way throughout the process of their work. I had a difficult yard to say the least and they were able to make my long-term dream of beautifying my property a reality.

Upon inquiring I got an immediate response. Someone came and reviewed the yard and our concerns. The plan was explained in detail. Unfortunately due to excessive rain our project was delayed, however, from start to finish was efficiently done. We were impressed with the quality of the work and the cleanup. We highly recommend Pinella for cleaning up garden beds and seeding.

Terrible experience. I made an appointment a week in advance. I did it on their website as instructed. I received a confirmation. I cleared my calendar for the appointment. I received two (2) reminders.

Nothing. No one arrived, no one called, no one texted. Zilch.

After waiting 10 minutes I called them. Rolled to voice mail and left a message.

Steve called me a couple minutes later. He told me they would be about 35 minutes late in total. He told me that is common in his line of business. I don't agree. I have done business with landscape companies for many decades. This is the most rude and unapologetic treatment I have ever received.

May 18, 2026 update: More reason to stay away from Pineda Property Management. Sarcastic and defensive reply to an unhappy customer. Unprofessional and inappropriate once again.

They designed, consulted and continued to amaze me with the communication of this job. Done in a timely matter of one whole day, with an excellent crew. They worked endlessly until the job was completed. Thank you Dave and crew for your expertise! I'm so thrilled with the outcome of my front lawn and stone work in the backyard. Great job in getting my bushes neat and tidy. Crew was experienced and professional. I've been using Pineda Propery Maintenance for a few years now and am so glad they were recommended to me.
