The service seemed fine as it appears but I can’t speak on that much because I haven’t used this company. I am leaving a review because the workers are so rude and unprofessional and I was walking by with my baby and the guys on the leaf blowers blew so much dirt in our faces and didn’t even stop as we passed by. I’ve seen these guys on several occasions and they have been rude and unpleasant. This is not professionalism or courtesy at all for the community.

I purchased three expensive ornamental trees from this company. The head of landscaping named John told me that the trees would be guaranteed provided that they were planted by his team to which I readily agreed Two months after planting all the leaves fell off. I called John to ask about this thinking someone would come over and assess the trees. Not only did he not offer to do this but he started yelling at me saying I either under watered them or over watered them and therefore I was at fault and no assessment of the issue would be provided and certainly no refund. His accusations and outrageous yelling were actually alarming. In 25 years of gardening I have never dealt with this degree of unprofessionalism I called the nursery manager Kim to file a complaint and she never got back to me. I will never use them again
