Service was great. The negative reviews I see seem to all be from people who either poorly communicated their needs, added extra work the day of the pick up to get out of paying for the full job, and ran to Google reviews to air their issues instead of attempting to contact the business to have the situation remedied properly.

Scheduling them to come was very simple. I called, sent a few photos of the things I needed removed, and within 30 minutes had a price worked out that was extremely reasonable. Where as 1-800-got-junk quoted me over $750, LoadUp got the job done for just a little over $250. So when it comes to pricing, these guys are super fair and reasonable.

Communication was fantastic. The day of the pickup I got a message with an expected arrival time, a phone call when they finished their previous job, a text when they were driving to my location, and a final phone call when they arrived.

Service exceeded my expectations by a mile. Once they got to my home, they came in asked where everything was located, and checked with me at every step of the way to make sure nothing they were taking out was intended to stay. When in the home, despite my kids having left quite the toy and pillow mess in the way, both of the service men took the care to step around and not step on a single one of my kids possessions. They took care to always watch angles with longer or heavier things and didn't once bump a wall or doorway, and they were in and out in less than 20 minutes.

The service was 5 star by any standard. I can't recommend it more highly.

They were easy to schedule and all online. Pick you own date and time. They arrived within the 4 hour window and communicated well about the arrival time.

Watch out for the bait and switch - they quoted me a rate / I paid / they then sent me a higher rate and I say No - and then they said I had to pay a cancellation fee. THIS WAS ALL WITHIN AN HOUR of me booking the appointment. Do not use this company

The booking and coi process were smooth. Your guys came on time and easily removed thr stuff we needed gone. All in all 5/5

This is an excellent company, they were professional, considerate, efficient, and went out of their way to be helpful. Will definitely use this company again. Also the most reasonably priced service, by far, a great deal compared to other companies.

LoadUp took my no longer needed furniture in a timely fashion. Very skilled at removing furniture through tight spaces. I booked online and the process was very smooth. Communication could be quicker just a bit. But overall very satisfied! Would recommend!

I had a great experience with LoadUp for a couch removal. Their customer service was super responsive—even late at night via text, which made scheduling so easy and convenient. The pickup itself was a breeze. The team arrived on time, and the whole removal took less than 5 minutes. Fast, professional, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Jerome and his boys did a good job. Customer service was good once I got a real person. The calls and texts to say they were on their way are very helpful. I would recommend them. I liked that the pricing was upfront too.

Aaron and Jamie were fantastic. Showed up on time from Michigan, backed up wonderfully in the backyard to pick up an old lawn tractor. They were very professional and polite. They got it on their trailer and was there maybe 20 minutes. Completely satisfied and recommend them to any future customers.

Furniture donation
The drivers contacted me via text prior to their arrival. They also sent a reminder reminder with contact information if I had questions.
The gentleman arrive on time and were very friendly and efficient.

Listen, I don’t know what happened with the communication but when I said full house clean out and they said yes I thought it was understood. I listed everything big (appliances and furniture: couches, bookshelves, washer and dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 desks and 2 rugs plus chairs and side tables and a queen size mattress and bed frame) Then I said amount at least 30 bags of trash and rubbish and that we would bag as much as we could. The person I spoke to (the first time) said they would send two trucks. I told her I wanted to over estimate because I wasn’t sure, and that seemed fine. She when the day comes two guys arrive with one U-Haul sized truck and we’re dumbfounded by all that was there. They said load up didn’t properly communicate how much it was and I’m assuming they weren’t told it was a house clean out. When I tried to contact load up the day of…to figure out what to do the automated message was to have a call back or text for faster service. So I texted. And the text told me to call customer service! I literally would eat my own words if I did something wrong but I guess I’ll never know. The guys who came to help me were super professional and wonderful and I will be recommending their service without Load up to all my real estate contacts and anyone else I who needs assistance clearing out a house. When in doubt just contact a local vendor directly or 1800junk who give you an estimate at the home you are clearing.
