They removed a large home standby generator. On time, great communication, friendly. Price was reasonable given the weight and size of the unit and my inability to move it.

It was super easy to do an online schedule for a pick-up for the timeframe I wanted for the next day. Quote for services was promptly provided. The crew texted me when they were getting close and arrived promptly. It was a crew of three who clarified the pieces they were removing, carefully loaded the heavy chair & ottoman along with the fabric sofa and asked if there was anything else they needed to pick up. They were friendly and very efficient, mindful of the doorway and rest of the area. They assured me my request to donate to Habitat for Humanity would be promptly done. Price for their services was very reasonable and I’ll use their services again.

They take your money before service (without needing any verification of the job) and hold your money hostage.

I ended up needing to cancel this service because I found a better company that more suited more my needs. They charge a 20% for cancelations more than 24 hours of service date and 50% for cancelations less than 24 hours. I canceled 2 weeks in advance and they still charged me the full 50%.

Stay away from these scammers and thieves, please.

I scheduled a date with loadup last sun to have a queens size bed and 3 dressers removed from my house from 12 to 4pm. No one never came i called and they swith me to 4-8 pm to a different team they never showed up as well. I received a call from a guy from the 2nd team apologizing for the inconvenience and that he would come next Sunday today to get everything. But this morning October 5th I woke up to a text basically saying he cant make it. So now I spent $375 upfront and got nothing done. And now im here today trying to find someone else to do the job because im moving out and need to get this done. Despite the good reviews I wouldn't recommend loadup or anyone that takes money upfront

Update: 2 different people from loadup called me and assured me I would be refunded the money for the work that wasn't done, Once money is refunded I would change this from 1 star to 4

I had one couch and two chairs moved a friend’s house and delivered and set up at my house. The delivery and set up was great, but the pick up was terrible. The guy showed up by himself with only a dolly, he damaged my friend‘s wall, so my friend‘s husband ended up helping him load the van. The guy must have reached out to someone because by the time the furniture wasdelivered there were 2 movers.

I booked the appointment, and the local company texted me to confirm the junk pickup. LoadUp deducted the money, and the local vendor never showed up, as shown by the city picking up the junk several weeks later. LoadUp refused to reimburse the $187. They don't uphold their reputation and fail to oversee local vendors. I don't recommend their service.

I had a wonderful experience with LoadUp! I just happened to find them online while I was searching for a company to help me get rid of my really big sectional. I live on the second floor in my apartment complex and that didn’t seem to affect the two guys that came and helped me today. I only caught one of their names, Brad, but both were extremely helpful and very fast with the whole removal process! They literally took no more than 10 minutes to get my sectional out through my back door balcony! I was very impressed and couldn’t thank them enough! There was NO WAY I could have done that myself! Both men were so nice and professional! I would definitely recommend LoadUp and Brad to anyone!

After we were let down by another hauling company, which refused to take our old mattress notwithstanding that we had paid for the service, the merchant contacted LoadUP on a Saturday afternoon, and by Sunday evening our old mattress was gone. Our Loader was very friendly and efficient. We will use this service ourselves going forward.

Wow! What a great find. I got next day service to pick up some furniture and move it to a neighbor’s house. Movers were prompt, courteous and efficent. Cost wasn’t bad either. Will use them again.

LoadUp was extremely responsive in our request to remove the junk from our storage unit. The gentleman who was actually doing the work, Gerardo R was a polite, hardworking young man! He actually had to take 2 days (2 separate loads), but he worked quickly and so hard in this Texas heat! He swept the storage unit clean! Highly recommend.

Excellent service. I was able to change pickup times without any problems. I was informed by the folks doing the pickup when they were on their way.
They were kind, courteous and efficient.
I appreciated every aspect of this process from ordering, paying and pickup.
The cost was very competitive.

DO NOT USE LOAD UP JUNK REMOVAL!!! They outsource their movers who are criminals and have the intent to steal from you when you are not looking. I had hired them for FURNITURE removal and the movers were trying to take my TV, soundbar and stereo system every time I turned around. Unfortunately, they got away with taking multiple suits and jackets of mine that were in the room with them. Load Up DID NOTHING TO HELP REMEDY THE SITUATION!! They hire awful people and do not complete background checks. Do not use them if you want to risk your items being stolen. Here I thought I was doing something nice and donating my furniture instead I’m out thousands of dollars!!

Absolutely terrible experience: they took the mattress out of the apartment and left it with more junk from their truck on the sidewalk of my building! I called their customer service who said it's not under their control since these are independent contractors, I had to beg for them to get in touch with the driver to return and clean up their mess. Thankfully they were able to get the driver to return. Unacceptable!

They were late, arrived 20 minutes past the window. They were to remove a large, heavy king mattress, I specifically requested two large men. Only one female arrived in a pickup truck. I ended up helping the lone female load the huge mattress because we needed it gone. Overall disappointed.

Definitely the easiest “haul away” I’ve ever used. They make it VERY easy. What’s more, they did EVERYTHING they said they would, arrived on time, communicated before and after, the price they quoted is what they charged me. Would strongly recommend.

The person who picked up my things, Dominic, was very kind, very efficient, and very gentle with my items. I would highly recommend this company for any job you need done! The scheduling was very efficient. And the communication was professional, but also very kind!

BAIT AND SWITCH. They quoted me a guaranteed price to move exercise equipment. They hire 3rd parties to come and remove the items. He went into my loft and said he did not have a screwdriver to disassemble the unit. I provided him with one. Then he proceeded to unscrew the unit and leave it ½ way assembled in my loft. Then told me that they needed to have someone come out with more tools and continue the job. I got a call telling me the wanted to "upsell me" No joke they actually said that. Then they asked for about double the price. This company has class action lawsuit written all over them. Find a local company that actually does the work.

Three stars is pushing it and only to give credit to the two individuals that actually showed up to do the labor. Outside of those two individuals my entire experience with load up was unpleasant and difficult. I contracted them to simply unload a 15-ft truck into an apartment third floor four stair risers. Standard household boxes couch etc nothing crazy nothing big.The only thing they actually got correct was the address of the work and billing my bank. Which is funny because I have to have correct information to run the bank draft but everything was incorrect My email even my name on the confirmation after having to call them back for the third time to find out if I was even going to get the assistance that I had already paid for. After calling for the third time to ask if I was ever going to get any kind of confirmation email or text discovered that none of my information had been taken down correctly. But that didn't seem to matter they requested photos of all of my items. I had to explain that they are tightly packed into the back of a 15-ft truck and the best I can do is tell them and take a photo of the door open. Let alone my uncomfort in sending photos of my personal items to some unknown group in Georgia. Especially discovering that this entire group is essentially the third party vendor and might as well be listed like Uber or Airbnb. And in the end two days later and after the block of time that they told me that they would be here they finally arrived to finish so late I ate another day of truck cost so 2 days of truck cost on top of waiting for people to show up that I have to babysit because they have already been overworked for the day and we no longer giving any care or consideration to what they are moving or how they're moving it. While I am very grateful to the two individuals that showed up and that I am actually now in my apartment. I will never be using or recommending this company.
