I called this company to install a Wi-Fi thermostat. He was not only prompt, but knowledgeable about the process and very professional. I had an issue with it (no fault of his) and he showed up on a Sunday and helped get it back and running. I would recommend to anyone. You just don't find honest and fair businesses like his anymore.

I hired this company for a water leak, which started in my ceiling. They told me they'd need to blow the pipes and charged $1100, supposedly fixing the issue. However, when I went to the appointment yesterday, the problem was still occurring. It's a total waste of money. I called them 20 times to receive an invoice, but they rarely responded and even then, just said they were sending it. The worker told me the boss is instructed to cut corners to save time.

Avoid this company at all costs - they've been working on my place for over a month now and it's still broken. They're completely unresponsive to calls or texts, making empty promises that never materialize. Every time I tried to get updates, they'd claim someone would come or do something, only to follow through on those lies multiple times. When I finally managed to get in touch with them, they made up ridiculous excuses about rain and the age of my unit (it's 2 years old). The customer service experience was a complete disaster. I had high hopes when Avi visited my home and promised to personally address any issues, but those hopes were quickly dashed as he ignored all my texts and only picked up the phone once, when he clearly didn't know who was calling. After over a month without my unit working, I'm out $1000, and their professionalism is laughable. It's clear they don't care about their customers - even one of their own employees gave them a 5-star review, which should be taken with a grain of salt.
