I always give an honest and positive criticism on a review, but this time really disappointed on their lack of professionalism.

This company provided a descent work on the Brick fence, until they got paid in full.

Once they got paid, I called them and texted them so many times related to a work that never got started nor completed. They were supposed to come back and finish closing 2 basement window openings around the pit.

I called the company’s son (Greg) numerous times an and texted him, and he did not have the decency nor the professionalism of returning the call. Called his Father (Raju) so many times as well, he did answered the call. Everything time I asked when they were coming to finish up the job, he will give me the lame excuse “tomorrow” or not today because is raining.
This has been more than a month and no show. This also happened to a next door neighbor,he called them numerous times to come back to finish something and never did.

The bottom line to this dilema is that, do not take their word nor trust them.
Do not pay them until you are sure that they will finish everything they are supposed to.

They want more work, they will definitely NOT get it from Me nor a recommendation.

Terrible communication they do not keep there word or return phone calls once they have your money they left my grass just layed down like a throw rug they didn’t water proof the wood fencing properly now the board is warped they put down pavers and didn’t properly install the poly sand so now it’s almost all gone from the pavers I asked for them to come fix the issues everything is we will be there tomorrow or this weekend to never answer again and leave me with the issue of trying to find someone to fix there incomplete work which is more money out of our pockets never ever trust there word as men or business people

Precision built me a fence out of brick and stone and my wife and I absolutely loved it. They let us choose the brick we wanted and they were very transparent with pricing, timing and craftsmanship, Thank you guys!
