Let me just start by saying how efficient and respectful the owners are. They communicate thoroughly through every step and send pictures of the progress. The work they do is extremely professional and you can tell they know what they are doing. They are so talented and so committed to their customers. And they are very considerate of any situation that might be happening whether it be with pesky insurance companies or financial struggles. They will work with you and are very friendly and punctual with everything they do. I will always call them for any of my home needs and remodeling when I need it. WILL ABSOLUTELY BE RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE IN THE AREA!!!!

Craftsman Home Remodeling did an excellent job on our pool deck.! Phil, the owner takes pride in ownership of his business and told us he would build our deck as if it were his own. And he DID ! The workmanship was above and beyond our expectations. Phil worked closely with the Town to obtain the permit as there are many requirements that had to be met. If we had questions, Phil was very patient to answer and explain anything that we asked. We requested a change to add some additional composite material after the start of the project, and Phil was more than willing to accommodate us. He and his employee Doug showed up every day as promised, were courteous, neat and most of all built us a top notch quality deck that we will enjoy for years. Thank you for a great experience Phil !

The attention to detail and professionalism this company has is underrated. The work is beautiful and one of kind for each project they do. Their ability to tailor their work around the customer’s needs and wants is everything you could ask for in a contractor. When they need to meet with you, they will work around your schedule. They are very family orientated and very personable. I will hire them for any and all future projects for my family’s home.

Craftsman did a great job on our deck rebuild and extension. The job was done sooner than we expected and it looks amazing. Pricing was very competitive and they use their own people to do the work - no unexpected subcontractors. Thank you so much for a deck that we will enjoy for years to come.

Can't say enough good about Craftsman Home Remodeling. Phil not only quotes the job, but actually does the work. He and Doug did it all. Very professional, courteous. Cleaned up everything. We are so thrilled with our new deck. Don't hesitate to have them do any improvements for you. Can only speak to decks, but I can't believe the quality of their work would not extend to other jobs. Phil is not quick at responding to calls and texts, but that's a minor thing. They are very busy and worth the wait.

Their pricing was very competitive, and they do quality work. I don't have a single complaint, and I'd be happy to have them do work for me again.

I was in a real time crunch and needed duct work cleaned after remodeling and before moving in with two babies. Philip and Phil were so accommodating. They were able to work within my one day window. The work they did was excellent and much appreciated.
They are prompt and their equipment is very clean and well cared for. It was so rewarding to hire a versatile and service oriented family business.

Timely was not our experience. We were repeatedly given dates on when the job would start and repeatedly the job was not started. Every time we would have to call and try to confirm if the job was going to start on the date, we were told only to be told it would not. The communication was not proactive and when we get frustrated as a customer because promises are made and not kept time and again, they were rude to us.

Would not recommend this business for your deck job.
