Margaret, reviewer of 2 months ago. You're not alone. It clearly stated on my invoice the window sills and screens were going to be wiped down - they were not. From the invoice: "Wipe down screens, sills, tracks and frames. (If your tracks/screens/sills are extra dirty there is an optional additional charge for a "deep cleaning" of them. Hourly charge for this service)." I paid extra - or should I say over a hundred more than other window cleaners would have charged me thinking it was worth it because these things would be cleaned. I was sent an email to review them - I sent a response that as much as I love to write glowing reviews and acknowledge great people and the great work they do I could not write a glowing review under the circumstances. The guys were great - very personable but the job could've been better. I never received a response. After that when I went to move my fire table back in place that they had moved I found the leg had been broken off...ahhhhh.

I'm really hard to please, and Fish Window Cleaning has always exceeded my expectations. The crews are friendly and professional. They even remove their shoes before walking around in the house, which I totally appreciate. I highly recommend them!

We have used Fish several times. Easy to book with most of the interaction on-line if desired; timely arrival; great work! Price is expensive, but the value seems very high given how beautiful the final result -- and how much effort it would take us to replicate. We will probably add this to our budget at least every other year.
